Great lotion. Was recommended a formulation with urea for chemo side effects. Not greasy a few minutes after applying. Only have used the extra care 10 and 20. Can’t speak to the original formulation. Packages arrived with cracked lids and a little mess. Packaging was the bubble wrap plastic bag and probably got knocked about in transit. Dumped them into deli containers. Would probably have arrived ok if I had ordered with other things and was in a box.

Bought this as I developed hand and foot syndrome from chemo pills (which is a common side effect). I apply this to the palms of my hands (and fingers) and the soles of my feet twice a day. It helps a lot. It doesn’t work like magic and all of a sudden everything is normal again, at least not with me, but it reduces the dryness and reduces the chances of getting blisters. For folks in that situation, consider liner socks to reduce friction and gloves when doing something that creates friction on the hands. And consistently use this cream. I even told my oncologist I started using this and he said good choice. (Yes he should have mentioned this beforehand).

Works amazing

I retrieved this package from my mailbox early this am. It arrived in 3 day. It was mailed in a standard blue and white Amazon slightly bubbled envelope. Item were intact and without any leakage or any other damage. However, as you can see from the attached photos, the jars are only about 1/2 to 2/3 filled. Moreover, there wasn't any type of interior protective sealing. Nevertheless, I do not think that the product has been used. I think that the manufacturer purposely did not fill the jar to the indicated 8 oz capacity. The only reason that I am not returning them is because the price paid after discounts was fairly equitable for a total of approximately 10 ounces of the product and I don't feel like being bother with returning them. Of course, I can not yet speak to the long term effectiveness of the product. However, by applying a small amount on my hands it has a nice consistency and texture, it is unscented, doesn't have an unpleasant natural scent, it absorbed quickly without leaving a white residue, and it is non greasy, i.e. I can readily snap fingers after application. Because I feel cheated by the half filled jars, I was torn between a 2 star and a 3 star rating. I went with 3 stars based on the swiftness of delivery, receiving undamaged products, and my impressions of the product after applying to my hands. I did cancel my auto delivery subscription. I refuse to pay full price for a full jar of a product when that is not what I am receiving. I am really disappointed and frustrated about that. The companies who do this, and sadly nowadays there are a lot of them, should be ashamed of themselves but, alas, they are not. I recommend, if available locally, purchasing this product from a brick and mortar store or from some other vendor.

05-18-24: Just began using on the recommendation of my dermatologist. So far I am very impressed with this product. Like other comments, I have tried many different products to alleviate my dry, itchy, scaling skin issue, so I am feeling positive this will be a great help. As for the many comments about receiving half full containers of this product, mine were also only filled about half way. But, the container label states 8oz and when I weighed the container it was nine and a quarter ounces. That, to me, seem like 8oz of product and 1.25oz for the container. So, no false advertising on this item. Since the product is real creamy it would spill quite easily if there wasn't space allowed to get it out.

Nice natural moisturising

Thi is a great cream with high urea content for dry skin. Only wish it was more easily absorbed.

Product was delivered on time & the company is very amicable & easy to deal with, should you have any concerns. I would order from Superior Apothecary again.
