Pilot Dr. Grip 4+1, 4 Color 0.7 mm Ballpoint Multi Pen & 0.5 mm Mechanical Pencil - Bordeaux Body (BKHDF1SFN-BO)

I have always used a mechanical pencil for preliminary things, and a red ink pen for changes to drawings or patterns, and a blue medium point, ball point pen for sign offs. But I did NOT like when I had to change from one to another, and always hated that I had to have all 3 of them with me at all times. Then a few decades ago, I discovered that there was a GENIUS new kind of writing implement, on the market. So I bought one, and I have used that Pilot 3-in-1 Combo, ever since! The fact that with a twist of the barrel, or the push of a button, you can go from a mechanical pencil, to a blue ink pen, to a red ink pen, in the blink of an eye, is pure magic! The new ones still have a 3-in-1 mechanical pencil, red ink pen, and a blue or black ink pen, in today’s new Combo, but NOW they make a 4-in-1 combo, because now it also has a GREEN ink pen too! They are very comfortable to hold and to write with. Even with it being 4 different things, the Pilot 4-in-1 Combos are NOT heavy, whether it’s being used by a man or a woman, the weight is perfect . The ink flows smoothly. They are a very GOOD PRICE for the product. And as for their DURABILITY… I am STILL using the Pilot 3-in-1 pen/pencil Combo, that I bought about 30 years ago, and I use it every single day. It still LOOKS like new, and FUNCTIONS like new, so it’s safe to say that it has impeccable durability! I recently bought 2 of the new Pilot 4-in-1 Combos, and gave them to friends as gifts, and they still can’t stop talking about them. The holidays are only a few months away, and they make GREAT stocking stuffers! BUY one, you’ll thank me later!

I have bought these in so many different colors to have them everywhere! Work, home desk, pencil pouch, bedside. Also bought the refills. I'm not usually a fine tip girl but I use these for my calendars and planners to keep things color coded. The grip isn't quite as soft as I had hoped but it's still quite comfortable! I'm a bit of a pen snob too. I personally feel you get your money's worth with this.

This pen has 4 different colored pens, plus a pencil. It works and writes smoothly. Highly recommended.

I have bought many of these pens and love love love them. The ink is very smooth, and the leads are way better than other brands. We use them at work so that we can have a variety of pen colors to put notes on. Or to make certain things stand out. Love these pens.

Love how it writes and so convenient to have a mechanical pencil. Just wish it had an eraser.

This did not come in authentic PILOT packaging. The label on the pen is in another language. Seems shady.

This is a great pen/pencil to use as a replacement for the pen no longer available which was called a PhD. Red, blue, back ink and lead.
