Saved My Patio Table – Works Amazingly Even Near Salt Water!
I used J-B Weld SteelStik (1 Hour Cure, Steel Reinforced) to repair massive rust holes in my patio table that sits right next to a saltwater pool. With kids constantly using the table while soaking wet, the metal had corroded badly, and I thought for sure I’d have to toss it and spend $1500 on a new patio set.Thankfully, this product saved the day!It was incredibly easy to use—just knead, apply, and wait. It cured in about an hour, just as promised, and once set, it was rock-solid. It bonded well even on heavily rusted areas, and after sanding and painting over it, the repairs are barely noticeable.I’m genuinely impressed with how tough and reliable this stuff is, especially given the challenging environment with moisture and salt exposure. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with rust damage—this little tube saved me a lot of money and hassle!

My favorite inexpensive epoxy to use when pillar bedding rifle stocks.
This is my favorite compound to use when glass bedding a rifle stock. This epoxy is inexpensive compared to other brands, has a good amount of product, and is so easy to use even a caveman could do it. If used judiciously as directed, leakage and messiness is minimal. This product dries hard, and has a dark gray appearance when dry. Be aware that if your spouse is as sensitive to strong smells as mine is, you might have to use this outside or in a detached garage. My wife hates the smell of this stuff when wet. Use lots of release agent and make sure that you apply this stuff where you want it otherwise once dry this stuff is hard, and takes some effort to grind off or cut unless using power tools.

Smells bad, but works good
These work great for retrofit when using the nut and bolt method and you need to lock the nut in place. Smells awful though.

Very strong bond
Worked as well as I had hoped. Very strong bond. Used it to repair a broken stove top grate. It's not directly over the flame and has held up for a week with no cracking at all.

Works on almost anything!
My GO TO FIX when some cheap piece of crap breaks on me! This stuff works on damn near anything! My ONLY complaint is the storage tube. It's kind of hard to put the stuff back in there, it's made of thin plastic and breaks easily.

Did not hold for us.
We used this to reattach a 3 inch muffler on a truck in the back hanging area since the weld broke. While we felt this would be a temp fix, it did not last. In arizona dry heat , it sat for 2 days to dry and was held up temporarily to secure the mix but once we drove after thinking it was secured, it did not and muffler was bouncing again. Maybe my application was tough much but I'll stick with real weld for this issue I have
