New Fabric Sink Skirt - Burgundy 56'wide 32'long

Just like most people, we keep all sorts of 'not pretty' items under our bathroom sink. Bath tissue, cleaning supplies, cat litter, etc. But unlike other people, we have no cabinets under our sink. Just a free-standing off-the-wall sink. We don't even have running water, so I'm not entirely sure why our bathroom even has a sink. But needless to say, the items collecting dust underneath it were unsightly. That's why I started searching for a 'make shift cabinet'. Something- anything- to hide the mess.I found this 'sink skirt' for about $12.00 and figured- why not? When it arrived the color was a bit redder than I intended. I ordered 'burgundy' thinking it would be kind of a maroon color. I originally wanted black, but they were sold out. I settled on this color and was kind of surprised to see it come to be more of a bright red than a darker hue. Not the biggest fan of the color- but still, it was MUCH prettier than the mess under the sink.So I ripped it out of the plastic to see how it attached. It sticks. Just like a big sticker. You can peel the skirt as it goes across the top of your sink and simply stick it on. Took me 30 seconds and my sink looks so much better! It's the perfect length. A little longer than the length of the sink so it tucks under a bit. It fit around my square typical bathroom sink with about two inches to spare. I just wrapped the additional two inches together and stuck them on the side. No one would notice the extra unless they were meticulously looking.We don't have running water, so we don't really have a lot of humidity in our bathroom from baths or anything. I'm not sure how the tape would hold up under humidity. But for our purpose it's worked really well. It hid the mess and looks lovely. Was much more affordable than a cabinet, and way easier to 'assemble' too!

Moving into an old city 'town house' with a very small (added) powder room on lst floor, I tried to be imaginative. I recalled from earlier years in my life when it was customary to put "skirts" around vanities, sinks, etc. Of course in those days they were 'homemade', but always attractive. I was not sure I could even find something similar, and was delighted to find this one on Amazon. It is just as described, true to color and material, and was easy to 'install' around the small sink; this created a 'hideaway' for cleaning supplies, etc., I am thoroughly pleased with the product, and quite satisfied with my part in the beautification at such a low cost.

Flimsy and the tape does not stick well. I have this skirt in another color, and probably a different manufacturer, and they (I have ordered two in all)are far better.I ordered a different color for a change, and expected this to be the same otherwise. Boohoo

The product seems easy to use and reasonably well made. However, the color is definitely NOT burgundy- it is more of a dark pink color. I consider burgundy to be a dark red, with a brownish tint; definitely not pink in any way. We have not put it on our sink because the color is not what we expected.

what I needed but one set back had to sew velcro around the inside lining top and mount velcro on sink to stay. Also more colors to choose fromPlease make these changes you will get more buyers interest in purchasing.

This really help my sink look alot better in the bathroom. The only problem I had was that it is too long, but that can be fixed. Would buy from again.

I'm very pleased with these skirts. I ordered three to go under my kitchen counter. I have an oriental rug in there and the burgundy picks up the color in that. The material is medium heavy and the length is perfect. It's 36" from the top of my counter to the floor. the price is right if they need to be replaced in a couple of years.

This is the second one I have purchased for my mother who is in a rest home with a sink in the room. This goes well with her decor and is of good quality. Works very well.
