It is very hard to get a drop out... shake the bottle well and just squeeze as hard as you can eventually a drop will come out. With my arthritic hands this is why I am not purchasing this product again.

Yes, you have to squeeze the bottle to dispense drops. I also have arthritic fingers and this bottle is a bit easier to dispense.
