Solanin

This was my introduction to Inio Asano's work. And the art-style is mesmerizing. If you are someone young who is not sure about future then you can connection to any of the character. It's a 1 volume book and everyone should read it once.

This manga by Inio Asano was something I bumped into thanks to YouTube. The song featured in this manga, Solanin was sung by one of my favourite Japanese band, Asian Kung-Fu Generation. By reading the comments on the video, I came to know of this manga, and proceeded to read it online. It was instant love at first site. The characters are funny, the story is relatable, and the art is fabulous. That's all I can say in my limited vocabulary which hinders my expression of what I feel about this manga. As for the product, the pages are of superb quality. The translation is crisp, fresh and captures the atmosphere perfectly (although there was this one line I liked more in the fansub. Just nitpicking I guess.) Amazon delivered before time (as usual), and there was no problem whatsoever. All in all, if you are in your mid 20s or earlier, you should definitely read this. It's a bit overpriced in my humble opinion, but the story and the product itself is completely worth it. Love you Amazon (as usual).

Probably the best manga i have ever read, totally fell in love with the art. I would recommend reading it when a lotta things are not going your way, itll give you a very different prospective.

I got the manga today which I was supposed to get tomorrow but it's good I recieved it today. The thing is that theres a scratch on the manga and something is off from the manga. Great shipping overall. Please make sure that these small details doesnt get ruined. Thank you

If u don't have time to sit and read Oyasumi Punpun, Solanin is another masterclass from Inio Asano which is short yet spectacular. A story so moving and mature...relatable and loveable characters with each having great depth and arcs...it takes genius amount of writing to fit that much quality in such a short novel

The story stays the mistery . As I'm not here to give you the review of the book cause I'm here to review the product . The product reached me in about 24 hours, and I don't even use amazon prime . The quality of pages is better than any tankobons as it should be in these single editions . The art work ,also is adorable . The most imortant thing for me is that it arrived to me in best conditions . Not even a scratch on the book . And its important cause we all like to keep them , collect them and we don't want damaged goods in our collection . And as I said the story stays to be mystery , even for me .

Solanin is a story which is full of beauty and it is very realistically depicts the days of a soon to be adult kind of period. I loved it. The art is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to find answers to certain doubts that come you are stepping into adulthood!
