This pillow is good for the long haul. Paying for itself in needing less visits to the chiropractor
I really, really want to like this pillow. Actually I want to love it. But it has some flaws. First, the good. The foam has just the right amount of give to be comfortable but is still supportive. And it’s nice and big, so it doesn’t feel like I can’t move at all while I’m sleeping. But that’s part of the not so good. It’s REALLY slippery. I’m trying out some solutions to try to get it to hold still and not have to sew giant strips of velcro to my prized sheex. If it didn’t slide, I think I would have the most comfortable nights sleep of my life. As it is, I wake up at least 3 or 4 times a night to adjust and get my head back up to the top of the wedge. And wow..the pilling. It’s awful. I’ve cut them away 4 times and it’s back to this and I bought it less than two months ago. I’ve looked for a wedge pillow case and can’t find one. I don’t have the time or skill at the moment to sew my own. And this pilling...they get huge. Like I can feel them through my nightshirt. The ‘pillowcase’ they say is included is awful. So I’m just trying to problem solve so it’s better for a nights sleep and I shouldn’t really have to do that. This is pretty expensive IMO for a pillow but getting older sucks and needing things like this for comfort are necessary now. I just think I shouldn’t have to put so much time and effort into making it easier to use. EDIT: the seller has contacted me and offered a solution. I really appreciate this sort of effort. I can’t give 5 starts because the issue is still there at the moment, but the care of the seller earns another star for sure. I’m still using the pillow and still trying to figure a way to keep it in place. EDIT 2: I have to give this pillow some more love. I bumped my stars back up to 5. While the zip in case does still pill, and I have to use scissors to clear it off about once a month, the pillow itself is still wonderful. The shape and the support are still holding strong. I use it every night and now that I have a new mattress, my back pain has decreased so much. Some days I even wake up with no back pain. I still wish I could buy a couple cute pillow cases for it.

Well-made Product!
I bought this specifically to help with my acid reflux. Because I snore, if I eat too late, I have terrible acid reflux while sleeping. I realize I should just not eat so late, but aside from that, this wedge is excellent for putting me a nice incline, keeping the acid reflux down. I was nervous about the wedge being able to support me well enough, because I am a big guy, 6'1", weighing in at 350 pounds. It took form quickly and nicely out of the package, and it is very firm, but comfortable enough to sleep on, that I have not been waking up, once asleep on it. I slide down it a little, during the course of the night, but not enough to drastically reduce the incline. It has a great removable cover, and I just throw a flat sheet around it, when using it. When I am not using it to sleep, it is nice to put my feet up on, and get some relief. I am VERY happy with the wedge, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing an incline. It looks like it is going to last a long time, and I hope when it eventually does come time to buy a replacement, that I can get one just like it in the future.

mostly positive, but it could easily be not your thing, all about preferences for sleeping
the angle isnt as sharp as i would like, but what it lacks there it makes up for in its structural intergrity, firmness, and width. okay, so that all sounds like a bunch of nonsense words for describing a pillow, but let me explain. with most "memory foam" stuff, like pillows or mattresses, youll go to bed, and wake up with your face or body having compressed it down to hard as a rock. might just be me and my *ahem* body weight.... but its still important to note that this doesnt happen with this pillow. and what does end up getting compressed will bounce back within a 30 minute window. firmness? well by that i mean its not too soft not too stiff, which, lets be honest, is all a matter of opinion, but it suited what i wanted almost perfectly. its wide enough lay back and raise your arms above your head for those moments where you end up in a really just alien sleeping position, but without you arms falling off the sides. also wide enough fo your to stack some other pillows on top. i dunno if you lot have a "favourite pillow", might just be me, but hey; if you do then no worries. a couple of the downsides, it smelled super chemically; but more hyper sanitary type of chemical smell than an alarming kind of chem smell. its dissipated in the while that its been out of the packaging. the wedge doesnt go as high as i'd like, meaning it could definitely be thicker. its best for sleeping, dont expect to be able to read a book without another pillow under your head, but if layering pillows is something youre cool with, then go for it. honestly there arent too many downsides to this pillow; im really happy with this product.

Cured snoring and neck problems
My wife and I each bought this item recently. I bought mine first for neck pain. I had cervical spinal fusion several years ago for a pinched nerve. Since then, I frequently have neck discomfort and pain. I spent all night constantly readjusting pillows looking for the perfect place to relax and support my neck. I received this pillow for Father's Day, and it is amazing. My neck is completely supported. It is very comfortable. I sleep better than I have in years. I can sleep on my side or back comfortably with this pillow. I will never go back to using regular pillows. My wife got the same pillow a few weeks ago just because she saw how much I loved mine. It occurred to us a few days ago it has completely cured her snoring, which though loud, I have gotten used to after 23 years of marriage. I suspect though her snoring kept me from sleeping as soundly as I should have been, so it is a win-win for both of us. This pillow has been life changing for us, to say the least. In fact, this is the first product review I have ever written, but I felt it was worth my time to share our positive experience with this product.

I'm chronically ill and spend a lot of time in bed lying down/reclining. This wedge really, really, really helps me be comfortable. Wether I am just using it as is to lie back by slightly propped up, or cover it with memory foam pillows to sit upright slightly more, it's a great tool and support, and I could not be happier. It really helps with my lower back ache from being in bed so much, and helps me breathe better when I nap during the day propped up by it. My husband is also a huge fan, and uses it loads when I am well enough to get out of bed and into my reclining arm chair. Very definitely worth the money. Smells a bit funky when you open it, but that's to be expected for vaccum packed foam. Just air it out for 2-4 days in a well ventilated spot before use and all is well.

Quite good. As described. Served the purpose post-surgery.

This item is packed in a small box. Once out of the box it is probably not possible to get it back in. The tight packing left creases on the zipped cover. These may wear down in time – or they may not. The wedge itself needs to ‘stand’ for a day or two to regain its shape fully and lose its smell. Despite being fairly big it is only 2 feet wide so when in use it tends to slips sideways even in a 3’ single bed. During the night I need to turn over a lot to offset arthritis. Each time I have to re-align the wedge or risk rolling off it. When in place it is comfortable, though. I don’t suppose this particular wedge is worse than any other, but I was disappointed to hear from the seller that spare covers are not available.

I bought this wedge pillow to help with acid reflux, and I’m genuinely impressed. The incline is just right to keep my upper body elevated without putting strain on my neck or lower back. After a few nights, I noticed a clear improvement in reflux symptoms and less discomfort in the morning. Overall, it does exactly what it’s meant to do. If you struggle with acid reflux or nighttime heartburn, this pillow is a simple, non-invasive solution that actually works.
