Absolutely brilliant.. I'm waiting for a new hip and this is so good in the cold pack haven't done the heat yet so I can't give an opinion but definitely recommend this for anyone looking for something to relieve pain in hip .

It’s great as an ice pack as you can shape it to your hip but it doesn’t stay hot when you microwave it. Otherwise it would be perfect. By the time you put the straps on the heat is almost gone. Tried heating for a long time even and same result. Belt fits with ample length around waist and thigh. Just sort the heating out.

I bought this a while back in anticipation of surgery on my husband's hip. This has been a godsend since surgery, has used it so much and this is cheaper and as good as what was recommended. Im hospital they used a pillow case with ice in, they need to invest in these !

Bought this to help reduce swelling after a recent hip replacement. Seems well made and flexible enough to fit a petite hip but the straps were so long I got fed up using it very quickly. It was also difficult to keep the ice pack in position. Perhaps better if two sizes were available small and large with different size straps. I could wind them twice around my body.
