The residue from Itac 2 is just impossible to remove from the pole. I wasted half a bottle of my alcohol based cleaner to get rid of it. I didn't feel stronger grip while doing the tricks. In fact, I felt more slippery which was dangerous as I do a lot of advanced tricks.Well, I'd wanted to experiment with the gripping products and realised that it's nothing better than the liquid chalk. I use a simple rock climbing liquid chalk which isn't even branded for pole fitness and cost a fraction of what I paid for this s***.

I’ve been involved with aerial/pole fitness for over five years now. I suffer from sweaty hand and limb syndrome. For me, this level of iTac has been perfect for not being overly sticky like level 3 or 4, but also providing me enough security to stay in more advanced moves. I’ll typically apply a LIGHT layer of it on body parts that tend to get really sweaty for me, or if I’m not having a very grippy day. I also suffer from super sweaty hands in general. Although it won’t stop my hands from sweating, it still gives me better grip than the liquid grip alternatives.Over class time, it does tend to cake on on the pole and cleaning it off isn’t too easy. Every 10-15 minutes or so I’ll give the pole a good wipe down so I’m not stuck dealing with a hardened waxy layer at the end of class. Plus when it cakes on, you will get stuck on the pole, making spins or coming out of advanced moves difficult. I use this for pole fitness, and the texture is just so different than all of the ITAC I've ordered in the past, and I've been using ITAC for years. I've ordered the big jars and some small ones I can just throw in a gym bag for pole class, and this is the first one that just feels really different, not quite as moist I suppose, it kind of balls up. The grip is about the same though. Maybe I just need to get used to it.

Was really hoping that this product would work just as good if not better than dry hands. The only thing I like about it is that it doesn't leave my hands feeling dry at all. While using it for pole, I found I had to dip into it just as much if not more than I normally have to do using dry hands. Maybe it will be better to use during the winter when it isn't so hot but right now it is like a sauna at our studio and after a few turns on the pole it felt as though it just melted off and I'd have to re-apply. Also after opening the package, I was really disappointed at the amount of product you get for the price. The jar is about the size of a silver dollar and maybe a little over and inch high. I'll still use the product until it's gone but I don't think I'd repurchase it again.

I use this sometimes for my thighs and knees for pole class. It does a pretty good job, just be careful not to overdo it! Being TOO sticky can hurt!

I love this product! However, I was extremely shocked and disappointed in the size! It came in a container that was about 4 times smaller than I thought it would be. Good thing a little goes a long way.

My son is a competitive spring board diver and uses this all the time. He's the one reordering. Allows him to grab his wet legs and get a good strong hold.

item arrived in a timely manner, sealed, and intact. The product itself is great for pole dancing, which is what I use it for. I would definitely order the product again once I run out, but that might not be for a while, as a little goes a long way.

I have been using this product on and off for years. A little goes a long way. It might not work for everyone, but this helps me get a firm grip on the pole. I usually only apply it once. It is really all you need. But I also like about this product is that it is natural.

Works good on body, but on hands I have to use it under dry hands grip.

You only need a dab on your hands and you wont slip on the pole. So far my favorite product for gripping the pole.

It is only for tricks! Be careful because you cannot unstick your hands after using this.

Stuck onto my pole better than a peanut butter sandwich. Yes, I would recommend guys! ps, don’t use this for your hands.
