Good value for money
It’s garden season and all my local outlets were out of stock on lids so I opted for these. They do the job just fine. They feel lighter and thinner than the more expensive name brands in stores, but they fit the jars and seal tightly, which ticks the boxes. Because they’re lightweight they also feel a bit more brittle than the name brands but that’s only a potential issue over time. They’re easy to clean and give my jars a nice, uniform look and the cost lets me be sure to have plenty on hand.

Good lids, good value, don’t leak if you’re careful.
1: they fit (I know, this should be a given, but the last lids I purchased, stainless steel and from a different vendor, didn’t even do that); 2: made in China; however, 3: BPA-free; 4) leakproof-ish (if you ensue the lids are tightened securely, they won’t leak). I tested this by filling a jar and then laying it on its side. That said, if you’re careless and they aren’t perfectly tight, they will leak; 5: durability remains to be seen, but they seem sturdy enough; 6: 1-piece design is nice, as is ability to clean; 7:rust-free (I’ve been using 2-piece rings and lids and they begin to rust after awhile; 8: dishwasher safe; 9: they lack a sealing ring and while same can be purchased separately, the separates tend to fall out; 10: no, you can’t use these for pressure canning. Bottom line, I’m perfectly satisfied with this product. It’s really probably a 4.5, but since one can’t give half stars, I’m obliged to round up.

Good quality plastic lids
I am very pleased with the plastic lids. The metal lids are of course best for canning, but what I tend to do is make pickles. The pickles barely last a couple of weeks and so a lid that I can just wash and reuse without it getting rusty or gross is exactly what I want. I suppose if you are worried about chemicals leaking out of plastic, then this isn’t the product for you. As far as I’m concerned, these are economical, reusable and durable. The plastic is sturdy and you can desinfect in the dishwasher. Plus they don’t rust. They will not seal for canning - but they are ideal for maki f quick pickles, for keeping stuff in jars... overall, great.

Good quality, fast delivery and economical
Economical and used extensively in our home to top Mason jars instead of the metal bands and lids. Especially useful for stored items in the fridge, like juice or left over soups and sauces.

Love these, but only 5 were "free-spinning" lids as I wanted, will donate the rest
I'd bought these some years ago, & needed more. Or at least I thought I did. I actually found the extras in one of my lower kitchen cabinets after receiving these. The review will be the same for both sets, as they both have the same issues. Out of 24 lids, only 5 were what I call free-spinning -- that is, they're very easy to screw on & off, & if you give them a spin, they go down or come up by themselves. I love that! The rest have to be "forced" on or off. Not hard to do, mind you, which is why the word is in quotation marks, but aggravating. Some are not perfectly round, causing this issue. I'm just grateful that 5 were exactly what I was looking for!! That also goes for the pack that I'd ordered years ago -- I salvaged 4 or 5 that were free-spinning, & I'm donating the rest to charity. Other people probably won't mind how they screw on & off. I'm picky with such things. SO...if you don't mind most of them not being free-spinners, then you'll love these!! Or, if you can live with only 4-5 of them being this way, you'll still love them, as the price is so reasonable! BTW, I'm not using the silicon seals, & the liquid still doesn't spill out!

Nice, non-reactive lids
I use mason jars for food storage. I was tired of having to frequently replace metal lids that rusted from contact with acidic foods, so I did a search for plastic lids and found these. I'm so glad I bought them - they're doing the job nicely. Although they're not entirely leakproof, they seal securely enough to safely store food in the fridge and in the panrty. And, because they're one piece (unlike the two-piece metal lids), they're easy to clean. These will save me money in the long run, as I won't be buying metal lids as often. This was a good purchase!

Good lids
I do not use these for anything liquid that might get turned upside down, because they are not totally leak-proof. That said, I use mason jars as canisters and as containers for making things like overnight oats. These lids are very much easier to handle than the canning lids for everyday use. The lids do not have a tight seal so they cannot be used for canning, but they are great for other household uses.

Cambie mis tapas de aluminio por tapas de plástico, son buenas, lindas y aguantadora. Fue muy buena compra pero si se llega a tirar un poco... No cierra totalmente.

they work well for using jars as canister to keep things out that you don't want in jar

Extremely handy, especially for freezing jars. Always check you can freeze your jar size. Great for short term storage that isn't pressure canned.

If you can find a plastic lid that seals then let me know lol. I use the stock sealing lid under these and it works awesome. I give this 5 stars for my purpose used but 1 of 5 for leak proof as its advertised to be used. If you dry the stock lids and use them to seal under these lids you can prolong life sooooo much cuz metal isnt scraping on metal etc. I also use straining lids with the stock lids for 100% no fuss, no leak sealing, same idea as with these. I dont do canning but i use it for meal prep and liquids, juices or smoothies since 2018 and ive never once had a failure. Ass long as youre not a dumby and leave crap on the lids when closing youre good, lmao at some special people complaining about that like they expect it to seal when theyre lazy slobs wth. TRY IT! IVE NOT had to throw out a stock metal lid due to rust yet and the minimal rust is on the outside part of where your food goes PLUS WHO CARES about what grade of plastic it is at this point cuz no food will touch these lids. Highly recommended. Again, I gave 1 of 5 for leak proof tho cuz these arent leak proof. Something either is leak proof or it isnt, none of this KINDA is leak proof bs lol, coMMoN people, i hope your rear end doesnt work like that
H**.
I have had no problem using it for dry storage with my wide mouth ball mason jars but for liquids it is not leak proof and does not close air tight.
