MORNING STAR: RED RISING BOOK 3

*respect* Sevro was bloodydamn awesome till the very end
A saga has ended.I am speechless. (No reference to The Jackal intended.)Pierce Brown spun a world under his fingers. A world so vast yet brimming with detail. He created so many characters each with its own set of flaws and strengths and put them in impossible and heartbreaking situations and watched them climb right back up, beg for mercy, fall on their swords or embrace death with pride all the while snickering in his room above his parent's garage. *respect*Sevro was bloodydamn awesome till the very end. So was my goodman, Ragnar.Darrow was not the center of the universe of this novel. The Reaper had grown enough in the last two novels but the Reaper cannot goryhell do anything without the people around him. The people he loves: Mustang, Sevro, Ragnar, Victra and even Cassius and Roque. If nothing else the betrayal stings Darrow as of a friend under hypnosis and he wants to snap them awake so they can see the world as he sees it, as Eo saw it, and strive to make it a reality.I have to admit I predicted the plot-twist, it made a lot of sense. But that didn't make it any less fun to read. If anything it made me jump and scream, "I KNEW IT! I BLOODYDAMN KNEW IT".There is no series in the world that is capable of matching this one. It juggles around, teases a little and then satisfyingly hits goryhell home.Pardon my tongue, my goodman, its effect may last a while. The book was delivered before time and the quality and packing was decent.

Best YA book with amazing ending
I picked up this series because book 3 here was on Good reads best SciFi book of 2016. Every review of the book compared it to the hunger games which I loathe so much. There cannot be a worse book than that.Red rising series on the other hand is well written and meaningful. Morning star gives a satisfying end to the series without any cliched deaths or over the top protagonist. The character development is marvellous and the way they handle destroying the color hierarchy seems realistic. The author did a fantastic job with all the characters.

Awesomeness Redefined
This book is one of the best books I have ever read. It has all the elements to make it one of the best books of all time. Red rising trilogy can easily be considered to be in the league of great trilogies like LOTR. I just can't wait to see it translated into a movie.

Space battle and Beethoven! Sign me up!!!!!
If Red rising was a gem, then Golden son was a bomb but this masterpiece called Morning Star has liquified my brain. This is by far the best of the whole series."Man is no island. We need those who love us. We need those who hate us. We need others to tether us to life, to give us a reason to live, to feel."The first few chapters were painful to read. I hate The Jackal sooooo much. But we have to appreciate his wickedness though. Golden son has left us all hanging which was very cruel to say the least.“I’m a terrorist warlord! Stop throwing me. You made me drop my candy!” Sevro looks at the floor of the hallway. “Wait. Where is it? Dammit, Ragnar. Where is my peanut bar? You know how many people I had to kill to get that. Six! Six!”So Morning Star stars off with Darrow imprisioned by the Jackal. Will he escape or will he surrender to the darkness of his sins? What will happen if he loses himself? So much pain, so many questions and what ifs and maybes! Well, what are you waiting for? PICK THIS BOOK UP!“Didn’t you know? All men break.”The world buiding was spectacular, where the author leaves no hints of whats to come. I was sweating with anticipation for the most part. Good Lord, I was praying for Sevro the whole time. He is bae and no one touches him! The battles scenes was glorious and majestic! It gave me goosebumps!"Pity is not forgiveness, nor is gratitude absolution."Mustang and Darrow’s relationship? To say it’s complicated is an understatement. I love the complexity, twists of the story and especially the charecters. Each charecters are unique and special; Sevro, Victra, Darrow, Mustang, Ragnar, and all the others. The Pace is fast and loveable. I loved it! It’s a five star.

Epic
Wow, an epic series! I'll wait to continue the next part of this series but I really enjoyed this! Such a complex world from the ethics, the politics and relationships. So many twists and turns I didnt see coming. This series hurts in the worst and best ways. I loved the arc of the MMC Darrow and his bestie Severo. Excited to see where this series continues. I really enjoyed how this series included earth history into this incredible futuristic world, it made it feel plausible.

Red Rising series has me hooked!
The gift that keeps on giving. This series has gotten better and better through each iteration and Morning Star was a fantastic read from start to end. Twists & turns, love, loss, laughter & everything in between. A wonderful clan of characters, who are so strongly written that this book felt as much about them as it did about Darrow.

Amazing as always
Although I would maybe say this was the least exciting read of the three I've read so far in the series, it was still amazing as always and I'm looking forward to the next one. Pierce Brown has built a helluva world and is able to always fill my mind with amazing images of this crazy dystopian future of man-made oceans and creatures on planets exploding with high-technology life and battles.
