Forzza Bentley Side Table with Storage (Teak)

It was delivered in safe package, very easy to install and looking so elegant!.One has to be very clear while assembling the bottom plate. If you wrongly place the bottom plate, you might see the top plate holes in different direction (basically a mirrored position!) and you won't be able to fix the top plate with the side plates. Just don't worry!. Assemble the bottom plate in opposite direction and top plate can easily be fixed with the side plates.Looks like many people faced this issue and returned the item without trying it differently. If the seller had provided this additional detail, it would have helped many!

The product looked good in the picture. But when it came found that it is made of MDF with a very thin laminate on top that chips easily. The assembly is quite complex even for me who prides himself on assembling things. Took to 45 minutes to figure it out.. But also figured that when assembled it will be quite loose and rickety... Two of the boards came chipped. One started chipping during assembly. Not at all durable. So I returned it. Definitely not worth buying.

Got this during the sale for Rs 799, and its really great for the price paid. It feels sturdy and solid.Installation was a pretty easy, you'd need a screw driver and a hammer, although I felt the instructions can be improved a bit, but it isn't really a blocker.I hit a snag when I tightened one of the connecting screws with force and it broke (see pic), there are 8 such connectors. I was still able to fit it together with the remaining 7. I reached out to Forzza over email and they were kind enough to send me a replacement kit with all the screws and other connectors. Big thumbs up to Forzza for the excellent customer service.Note to others : If you feel that the connectors are not locking into place (ie when you make the 180 degree turn) or its too tight, it probably means that one of the parts is not properly aligned, applying too much pressure may cause it to break.Overall I found it really great and I would buy stuff from Forzza again!

Sorry .... At first I try to return this thing because of failure on assembly, which happened because of defections in making holes in Part A (refer to your instruction for assembly). We were able to follow and successful upto step 6. But there was a problem in fixing Part A with Parts C as mentioned in step 7, because the holes did not match as you can see in the photos but, the part B should change top/bottom to make a correct assemble.I request the seller, please add a sticker on PART- B ( Top part / Bottom part). Otherwise, the confusion will happened at the finishing on PART- A.For Customer - Please be focus on assembling part B,This is awesome product.

Tried self installing, no tools given with the product. Difficult to install, wouldnt fit properly. Ultimately had to return. Amazon returns team was helpful though. But Amazon returns is a big pain, they attempted return so many times and kept messing up address or time. Disappointed by both product and Amazon returns.

Hi All,Above image showed that its of reasonable height however its not(showing that almost waist for 6ft hgt) The furniture seller agreed misrepresentation perhaps they denied return with vogue reason of no change of mind & best selling goods. This is amounting to cheating; amazon & Forzza both are passing buck each other. Buy from this seller on your own peril.

the table had to be assembled, and you need a carpenter to do so, that means additional ~300 bucks to be paid.the quality is okay only and not mahogany for sure. hence total deal is close to ~1300, expensive for that price!they should write somewhere in the description that it comes as a dismantled product!

Assembled .. it's perfect and beautiful .It took almost 10 mnts to complete the assembling .Assembling is very easy No need for any carpenter . I did assembling with hand without any tool.No tools required except to twist the steel screew which I did with spoon back. Lol
