The vibration feature stopped working and the product was well within warranty. I contacted support and after many many back and forth emails over many days, where I sent them pictures of the device as well, they sent me an email confirming that they will replace the product and that I should ship it to them (asking me to cover shipping costs too).Either way, I shipped the product to them, and then they emailed me saying that the warranty is void because of "physical damage".The physical damage they referred to is the natural wear and tear - that too over less than moderate usage of the product. They want to penalize customers because of their own sucky build quality and are now saying that they will ship the non-working product back to me.Worst customer support experience filled with blame games by the support team!

Good soundHowever I quickly realized that the battery % shown is totally unreliable and the product would discharge from 100 to 30% in 1 hour. What's more annoying is that even at 30% it will keep shouting battery low and will power off. You won't be able to do a thing about it. Another annoying factor is that it will read out the number of the caller and not the name. I sent the product back under warranty after they confirmed that new stock has come and they sent a return product via India Post (took almost 10-12 days for product to reach from Bangalore to Mumbai). The replacement product battery would die off in 30 mins. I have written mails to them but now no one is responding.So incase you are looking for a cheap Bluetooth headphone with good sound quality and lightweight and are ready to live in uncertainty of battery performance you can buy. I couldn't stand the pathetic battery performance.

Loved the Cross beats Vibe bluetooth earphone. From pricing to placing order to delivery everything was very well handled. Coming to sound quality, I compared parallel to Nokia wired headphones which are exceptionally good especially the bass. Now Vibe has very good base, lyrics were clear however when you go to higher volume range the treble is somehow shrill not pleasant to the ears, I also compared with a JBL bluetooth earphone, "Vibe" has good sound better bass only when you go for high volume the treble is a little uncomfortable, chan chan kind of sound. So if you dont go full volume they are pretty good and comfortable, neck band is also comfortable, for me the length of the wires was ok. If you are looking for pocket friendly BT earphones try them 99% chances are you wont be dissapointed, plus their customer service is also available on Fb messenger and the reply is almost instant. I bought direct from their website so got much better deal.

Firstly, this is an excellent quality product, light to wear and with great sound.Secondly, and more importantly, I have personally had a very good experience with their Customer service; prompt response, polite interaction and positive action. That, for me, makes this headset a good buy.

Stay clear if you wish not to deal with agonising customer support experience.There is zero after sales support. No one cares to answer to your queries.. What ever issue you will have.. They will come back to you stating that the issue is not covered under warranty..The product is not sturdy.. Mic does not function well.. They just sont care.. They stated that the issue with the mic is product issue. But not covered under warranty.. So beware of what you have to deal with.. Before you decide to put your money into this brand.

Not sure how long it will last, the one I received worked for couple of days then it started to stay ON forever, like it never switches off even the magnetic buds are attached together. Luckily got replaced it within a week(thanks to Amazon exchange) the second one I got worked perfect for a week, later the led started not working, the battery life is degrading as you use. Sound quality is good when you listen to music but mediocre in calls. Not sure how long will it last. Unreliable at times, when it says battery low it will last like 2mins before dying. It gets easily seperated when you keep in bag and turns on. The design should be re worked, or atleast provide a power switch to turn on/off.

Sound quality not good at all.On high volume, the people around you can clearly listen to what you are listening. Really not appreciated.Bass if fairly good. Noise reduction is good. Sound quality of course needed to be better.The magnets are not strong enough to keep holding the two earplugs together. The tagg earphones provide a much stronger one.
