Beachbody Performance Energize Lemon pre-workout with beta-alanine, low-dose caffeine and quercitin

My perspective:Daily training in the morning at home, mostly "Insanity MAX30"(I would classify that as an very intense cardio centered program)(+) Just a feeling, just my impression: Increases my endurance. (as said in the product description/marketing)(+) Actually I build lean muscle faster than I did since I started to use this product. (I really didn't expect it to)(+) So far: the product description is not exaggerating.(-/+) this one affects only very very few ppl.:I use the low caffeine version and have found it to be still very much caffeine.

Tastes Ok, amazing fast results with no side effects, just felt energized, im very sensitive to caffeine and was worried it would effect my sleep, no way, slept like a baby, brill :)

I love this stuff! Since I can’t get Advocare Spark in the UK, I went with Beachbody preworkout and I have to say it really gets me going before my workout. Will buy again! I just wish it came it more flavors.

It does work, i used this product before i start doing the Isanity workout and i could feel the diference. So for me it works, that's why i bought it again.

Awful product. Contained next to nothing of any use. Beta alanine is the only part that MAY do any good and that's only because it acts as a buffer against lactic acid. Even then the dosages of any of this is FAAAAR too low. It does nothing for muscle gain or definition.You can get all the products from myprotein.co.uk for half the price and get double the amount. You're throwing your money away.
