Dynacraft Power Climber 26" Ladies 21S Bike, 26"/One Size

Nothing about this bike is redeemable I'm sorry to say. I knew it wasn't going to be excellent bike from the price point alone but at the time it didn't need to be. My wife was just looking for a recreational /weekend cruiser to go riding with me. One look at this bike and I knew there was going to be issues. Cosmetic damage right out of the box, cheap components and horrendous welding on the frame. I had to take it to a local bike shop to have it tuned up because the brakes were so badly adjusted and aligned. After they looked it over they informed me that the crank assembly/bottom bracket was badly bent which prevents proper drivetrain adjustment. They suggested we return it which we did after a drawn out unpleasant conversation with Amazon customer support. Needles to say you should not purchase this poor quality bike. If for some reason you do be sure to take it to your local bike shop and have them evaluate it and perform a safety check.

Relatively easy to put together. Came packaged with the wrong brake system for the bike. Took the bike and parts to a professional bike repair shop, who confirmed the wrong brake system. Had to buy the correct part since it would cost more to send back the bike or obtain the correct part from the company. Otherwise, I haven't had a chance to ride the bike due to the cold weather.

My daughter is about 5’ tall and this bike fit her perfectly. It was easy to assemble, decent quality for the money, and is a nice ride. We have mostly been riding on paved roads and found the twist shifters to be easy to use. Gear changes are precise, quick, and smooth- barely had to do much adjusting.For a beginners bike which she may likely outgrow in a few years, this was priced right and offered good value.Recommended!

Front and rear pads quickly worn off, creaking when braking after 5 rides.if you need a bike for long walks, it is better to pay extra and buy a more comfortable one is great. The seat is very hard.
