HPI Racing 1428 Pullstart Assay (Without One-Way Bearing/21bb)

The pullstart advertised has the 21bb sticker on it. The one i received has hpi racing on it. Other than that it works as it should. Shipping was decent.

Lost my roto-start and my drill didn't spin fast enough to start the engine in my Savage .25. This bolted right on and the engine started like a charm. The string seems like good quality, but I make sure not to pull it all the way out with each pull (short, quick jerks is the way to go).This uses 3 screws, just like the roto-start assembly (top right and lower two), and comes with 3 screws. The roto-start assembly screws would work, but they are a little long and protrude through a long way.This package does not come with the one-way bearing, so don't lose the one you have if replacing the roto-start.

RC truck sat in storage for years and on first pull, I broke the string. As I have an older Nitro truck, it’s hard to find parts any more until I ran across this item. Received quickly and it was a perfect fit. Works great!!!

Bought this to replace the roto start system on my Savage 4.6. Works like it should but can get stuck in the pulled out position sometimes.

fitment was great and works like a champ. put this on my ofna buggy. better then the one that came with the buggy.
