The price is depressing, but nothing can replace the taste of this chocolate for my baking. It's perfect for brownies, mousse, and cake.

At first I was skeptical about ordering chocolate on amazon because I live in Texas and it's extremely hot over here, but it came perfectly sealed, and it wasn't melted! I made some delicious brown butter chocolate chip cookies and they tasted delicious! Will definitely be buying again!
