Outstanding Customer Service & Best E-Bike I’ve Purchased
I don’t usually update reviews, but I felt compelled to in this instance. Lunos’ customer service is utterly spot on. From the outset, they made it clear they’d work with me until my issue was properly resolved. Though I couldn’t fix the derailleur using their video guide, I took the bike to a local shop where a few tweaks sorted it completely. Lunos reimbursed the cost without quibble.

Seriously impressive battery range
This electric bike is an absolute dream! The 48V 34AH dual combo delivers an experience in a league of its own. I regularly use it for long-distance rides, and the battery’s utterly reliable. The gears change seamlessly, and everything works intuitively.

Fast ebike!!!
I'm utterly smitten with this e-bike – it's blisteringly quick, an absolute doddle to put together, and built like a proper tank. The seriously sturdy frame gives it a premium, properly solid feel. The ride is unbelievably smooth, and whether you're pedalling manually or whizzing along in electric mode, every moment is an absolute delight.
