Splash About Collections Floatsuit

My daughter learned to swim after wearing this suit for 1 day! ... she loves the water but isn't allowed to take her arm-floaties to the public pool so I bought a suit with built in floatation. This suit looks adorable/ridiculous (bulbous), but the foam inserts are very effective, and as your child becomes a better swimmer you can remove them, one foam insert at a time.I have read other customer reviews that the kid flops onto their face or back, but that did not happen for my daughter. Obviously this suit should not be used in lieu of parental supervision, but when my daughter is wearing it she is more confident kicking and paddling and has been a great aid in learning to swim.Great product. No complaints ... well, it's a little hard to get off ;)

We got this for our 15 month old in hopes that he will use it this year and next! It’s very durable. Gives them the capability to move their arms and kick. Important for them to do so they can begin to learn how to swim. Much better then those big balky wingies. It holds him up and by mid summer we even took out a cylinder. Definitely a good teaching tool for the pool!

The concept is good, but that's about it. My 2yr old hated having it on, she would scream when she saw me take it out and try to put it on her. The floaties in the suit do not do a good job of holding the child with adult supervision. The floaties seem to want to flip my child's head face down into the water. I returned the swimsuit because I see it as a hazard instead of a benefit! Personally floaties with the chest and arm support work much better!

This is a good product that has keep my toddler a float for an entire summer now. The foam inserts are a pain to take out for washing but are no difficult to put back in.

This is a great safety swimming suit ! I bought this for my two year old girl and she loved it ! She is learning how to swim faster , is very comfortable and easy to put on and works really well ! She is in her weight range so I got size 2-4 and fits very well , a little bit tight. I Recomend this a lot !

I can't really write a review on usability since my daughter is very picky with her clothes sometimes and didn't want to put it on but I personally like the fact that you can easily pull out the foam sticks out and keep only the ones you need at which area you need. I was hoping to get rid of the floaties so she learns to keep her body in swimming position and learn out to keep her head above the water that way. Will try again this year. Size was true to what we usually get for our age.

This is the 2nd time I am buying this suit for my 3 year old. The zipper broke after only 4 wears and I liked it so much I bought another. Hoping that was a fluke because I do really like the suit. My daughter can really use her arms to swim in this suit and I love being able to remove the foam pieces to get her to work a bit harder. Excellent for learning how to swim.

Suit runs small. The flotations pushes toddler forward in the water. Would not recommend purchasing.
