Beautiful bike. A pain to assemble as instructions were not great but end results are great.

Very well made adult trike, been looking for an adult trike and the Mooncool is easy to ride and geared low and so easy to ride, big rear basket for all your stuff, good tires very attractive colors to choose from. Five stars for a very good trike and well worth the money.

Honestly, it’s a great bike for the money. My daughter loves the color. **Important to note: The bike is very difficult to put together mainly because the instructions are so vague. Some parts came bent so that also made things difficult at times. My husband worked on it for about 3 days 4hrs each day. I kept hearing a lot of yelling and just kept handing him martinis to quiet him down. Once it was done- it was great lol. I will say the basket it’s very cheaply made and rattles. The screws that are supposed to hold it to the frame of the bike completely loosen themselves when our daughter rides it to the point of falling out. We ended up replacing the screws for zip ties. Problem solved. The bike rides well and she has been enjoying it.

This bike itself is ok. The basket is cheaply made, with thin aluminum strips of metal that have to be wrapped around the sides to hold it together, and the instructions for assembling the bike are horrible. The book that came for the bike we ordered seemed to be for a different bike. Spend the extra $$ and take it to a bike shop for assembly.

My bike was easy to put together. I love going out for a ride on it. I did have a broken spoke and the company wasted no time to replace it. I would highly recommend this product.

Pros - Well constructed. Parts fit. Clear instructions for assembly. Pedals, brakes, derailleur, shifter resemble a $1K bike. I ordered a white one. It is very smart looking, and the rear basket will hold several grocery sacks.Cons - You best be a mechanic with a decent background in bicycle repair to tackle the assembly. I had to re-align the derailleur and diagnose and repair a binding drum brake assembly. While all the parts resemble a quality bike's, they are nowhere near the best Shimano has to offer, but this is a $370 bike. My clip-in pedals from my Day 6 wouldn't install. The crank is not bored to accept "real" pedals. I'll have to use the plastic ones that came with the bike. The seat is a POS. the springs are so weak, the seat wobbles. I'll need to get a better seat before I take this on the street. But it is an inexpensive tricycle. I got what I paid for.
