MINI METRO is a small messenger bag featuring a click-release seat belt buckle. The birth of the CHROME messenger bag is over 25 years ago. In order to quickly pull down your baggage packed bag, we wanted a quick release buckle. However, there is no fund to customize the buckle ourselves, and we were crazy for the buckle from the local car scrap. That is our icon at the roots of seat belt buckles. The Mini Metro is individually made on the inside and out for durability and all-weather protection. The outer layer is made of 1,050 denier nylon with excellent abrasion resistance, and the inner liner is made of all-weather, military spec 500 denier truck tarp and sewn in a separate bag.

丈夫な素材と縫製。容量も見た目以上で機能的。
Timbuk2のクラシックメッセンジャーMサイズ（数年前に国内販売撤退）を10数年使い、内装の加水分解が始まったため代替品を探していましたが、当時のTimbuk2同様の手頃な価格で近い機能のものはこれしかないかも。違いは、ストラップが横向きに付いている（襷掛けに特化）ので肩掛けにするとバッグが縦になるのでその状態で蓋を開けられない（中身が出てしまう）こと、ストラップの長さ調整がワンタッチで出来ず（代わりにバックルがあるが）短めであること、ポケットの数が若干少ないこと。一方で、襷掛けでのフィット感はこちらが上、脇の下を通す補助ストラップが良い仕事をします。Timbuk2にも増して分厚い内装材（立体縫製の難しさからか多少不恰好にシワがよっていますが）と丈夫な表皮は入れる荷物の形で崩れることがなく、太いストラップは肩への負担を抑えてくれます。仕切りやポケットの機能的な配置で一泊分の荷物を綺麗に飲み込む容量と強力なベルクロも良い。比較的明るい色味のものがこれしかなかったのですが、落ち着いた色味で場面を選ばず使えそうです。

良いです。自転車通勤には最高！バッグの中のポケットがもう少し沢山あれば、言うことなし。
