Evangelical Protestants have been critiquing Roman Catholicism and its salvation-by-merit system for almost 500 years. Many of the criticisms of Rome have been Gospel-focused and fact-based. But some have admittedly leaned a bit towards sensationalism.Jack Chick published a tidal wave of material about Catholicism – tracts, comic books, and books - back in the 70s and 80s that found a wide audience within Christian fundamentalism. There was a lot of fact-based information in those publications but there were also a lot of fantastic, irresponsible claims. Many of Chick's dubitable allegations came from the mysterious Alberto Rivera, a supposed ex-Jesuit priest who asserted he had the inside scoop on Jesuit plots, past and present. To a degree, Chick’s controversial materials undermined reasonable Christian witness to Catholics.Karen Frazier Romero takes up where Chick left off with this self-published attack on Catholicism. She quotes Chick’s material extensively as well as Justin Fulton’s “Washington in the Lap of Rome,” published way back in 1888. We learn from Ms. Romero that in these United States the Jesuits currently control the federal government, banking, medical care, education, and the military. But Rome can't even get its members to attend mass on Sundays anymore let alone run the entire U.S. of A.Now, there’s no doubt the Jesuits were engaged in plots and skullduggery that will never make it into standard college history texts but Romero presents speculation and even misinformation as fact.“The Communist Party was created by the Vatican to destroy one of its greatest enemies, the Russian Orthodox Church, whose members were called Serbians.” – p.40.Really, Ms. Romero? The Vatican created communism? But wouldn't that be like suggesting Black people created the Ku Klux Klan? Also, I've always thought the people who lived in Serbia were called Serbians! Gee, I'm so glad Ms. Romero has set me straight.“Hitler appointed the notorious, Heinrich Himmler, a Jesuit priest, as the commander of the special elite corp (sic) known as the S.S.” – p.41.The above claim that Himmler was a priest is patently false although he had an uncle who was a Jesuit priest and he definitely was an admirer of the Jesuits’ organization.“Hitler was a faithful Roman Catholic until his death.” – p.41.Another absurdity stated as fact. Hitler was not a practicing Catholic as an adult and Ms. Romano can't provide ANY evidence to the contrary. Hitler certainly had MANY Roman Catholic supporters within Germany, clerics and laypeople, but to claim he himself was a "faithful" practicing Catholic is a total fabrication.I was tempted to stop reading the book at this point but I have a bit of a scrupulosity problem when it comes to finishing books, even very bad ones.On pages 51 through 54 Romero describes how the Jesuits directed their alleged stooge, Captain Edward Smith, to purposely sink the Titanic with several influential passengers on board who opposed their central banking scheme. Yes, I kept reading even after this.Romero’s outrageous pseudo-truths continue from the beginning to the end of this book.When it comes to history, Roman Catholicism has A LOT to be embarrassed about. No need to make things up. Let's stick to verifiable history and to comparing works-righteous Catholicism to God's Word.

I first heard about this book on Frances and friends. Listening to Karen’s story of being raised Catholic hit home for me. I too was born and raised Catholic and became a born again Christian at 19. I had to get her book. I purchased the hardback book after reading this book on my kindle yrs ago. This was a deeper insight to the evil powers behind the scenes. I have suggested this book every chance I get, and lend the hardback copy to make sure people read this book. For me it was the beginning and continuation down the rabbit hole. But we all know who wins this battle All glory to God

A very readable, up-to-the-minute book even to the time of Pope Francis. If you want to understand what is happening in our world, as a Christian, you MUST read this book. Everything is not always as it seems, and the Jesuits have so infiltrated every sphere of public life, Washington, D.C., universities, education from all levels even, healthcare, you name it. Their goal is to destroy America so they can give the Vatican, the Roman Church, their former power over all nations. We are told it is a "sin" today to the co-mingle church and state, but you will never understand the threat of what is happening until you understand that the goal is for Rome to rule the world, church and state. The Holy Scriptures tells us that we battle dark forces. Indeed we do, and Ms. Romeo's book is an eye opener into this world of darkness.

If you truly want to understand what is going on in this world today, I highly recommending reading this well researched book written by Karen Frazier Romero! It 'connects the dots' and gives the reader an in-depth understanding of the times we live in. I must admit most every page is tabbed out, so I may refer back to the vast amount of information that is packed inside this book! The information shared helps one see who has been pulling the strings in the shadows in mankind's history, using willing and deceived participants to bring about a one world political/economic/spiritual system. She has a beautiful testimony that is shared as well and it is very strengthening! The truth she shares will set you free!! I also highly recommend her other books as well. "What I Would Tell You...If You Would Listen" ... "Men Rule...But God Overrules" ... "Universal Church of Man"

I gave a high rating due to the amount of research that was done to write the book. Very interesting and gives a person much to think about. I bought the book due to the alarming changes we are seeing take place in America. One can not help but feel uneasy while it appears our very foundation of freedom and God fearing beliefs appear to be disappearing. I appreciated the fact that if you do not wish to take her views, she leaves much information to do your own research. Could all this happen, I ask myself and thus far I can only say, I would never have believed that my country would be where it is today. I would recommend it to everybody if for nothing else but, Americans need to wake up and take a stand for what we are and were founded on.

A must read for every American citizen. The communist party swore they would silently and destroy this country from the inside. The democrats are now the greatest threat to our republic and are admitted socialist, globalist, New word for communist. Wake up and call your congress men and or women, next election vote, vote for your rights before they strip you from all of them.

An accurate and scripturally referenced work highlighting the evil tyranny of the Antichrist spirit at work in our world today. Yet such a system will ultimately be defeated by Jesus Christ. A solid wakeup call to the Church of Jesus Christ in 2021. Wake up and choose whom you will serve in this hour!

Good information in this book. The only thing I would have liked to see was the author follow through with some deeper research and elaboration on some the topics. She did a good job of touching on a lot of different points, but some were mentioned only in a brief, cursory manner. With all the issues she brought up, if more detail and supporting references were given, it could have been 400 pages long. I am glad she did touch on the issue of the Vatican's plans for the "annexation" of Jerusalem.

Excellent book well written and researched. Essential reading and motivates one to keep looking upward and focus on the answer and not the problems as well listed as they are. Blessings for Karens bravery.
