Good quality
I ordered this b/c my original one was no longer sticking. This one is very sticky and seems to be good quality. It works well and I will purchase again in the future!

Great coverage for the back or abdomen
I love this size. It’s probably the largest width that is offered, for the tens devices. It’s great for lower back pain or to activate the abdominal muscles. I don’t always work my abdominal muscles because it hurts my back, but I attach this to my stomach and choose the appropriate setting and wham!!! Those muscles are contracting, without hurting my back. The size difference doesn’t impact the amount of charge that my device has. My battery life is the same as it is with any other tens electrode pad. A little speedy but I also purchased the spray adhesive gel, to extend the life of it.

I wish they were less expensive but for lower back pain, they are unbeatable. Much easier to apply than the 2 round pads. This HiDow system has been the most effective pain management I've tried.

It works very well. I bought it to replace the original one I had for about five years.
No dislikes just likes. I use it with my Hi Dow TNS unit.
