Solved all of our past wifi issues while travelling. Reassuring to know that wifi was available if needed. Solis worked as advertised, easy to operate, easy to track data usage, easy to purchase additional data (if required)

Worked well initially. Connected quickly to all devices and I was extremely happy with the device. Also, it is very easy to set up; however, the device stopped performing after two weeks. Now it will not fully charge and fails to connect to any device.

This delivers exactly what they promise. There seem to be fewer and fewer companies who deliver on what they promise, but SIMO delivers. 4G LTE Hotspot? Check. 1GB per month free for life? Check, so far. (will take some time for this!) Global roaming without need for SIM card? Check. And they go beyond... the range is impressive. Battery life is impressive. It is tiny. It is simple to use and it just works, We have used it in the US, Canada, and Mexico, so far. Just turn it on and connect any of your devices. IT JUST WORKS! No messing with a data provider (they already did that). No messing with SIM cards (they already did that). We use it as a universal backup and if you can keep your data use below IGB/mo (we have) it is free to use after purchase! So wonderful to see a company deliver on what they promise.

Brought this on my trip to New Zealand. Loved it! I used it over bad airport and hotel wifi and it worked at all the camper van campsites we were at. The only time it didn’t work is at a pretty remote dispersed campsite that had zero cell service Easy to use, love how many data plans and options there are.

Works fine while cellphone reception is near but, does not work at sea. Should have done more research before buying.

We purchased this to take with us on our trip to Germany. It was easy to set up and connect our phones. We used it when we needed directions or to look something up while traveling around. We were always able to get it connected quickly and not use a lot of data. Highly recommend for travelers. It gave us peace of mind - the ability to connect when needed and only pay for the usage we wanted. Using sporadically (used WiFi in hotel, public places, etc when we could) - we used about 2gb of data over a 6 day period.

My home WiFi system has no data capabilty. Therefore I order this item to see if it works for me. The item arrived nicely packed and with no damage. It is easy to set up. package includes a good carrying case. The unit works with it inside the case and together inside my heavy winter jacket pocket. I had not tried the unit outside my home town. Not sure how long the 1G data can last. If it works out of the country, I think I make he right decision to get one.

I was pleasantly surprised by this purchase! I needed a mobile hotspot to connect a security camera at a rural location that does not have its own wifi or data source. Without connecting the cameras to wifi, I cannot monitor them remotely. But rather than going through the hassle of having technicians come down to wire the entire building for wifi (and the costs associated with that), I decided to give this a try. Setup was a breeze, and I was shocked when it managed to get signal in such a rural area where even my phone struggles to get reception. I connected the camera system to the hotspot and it has been going without an issue since. It also does in fact come with free data - 1GB per month. Adding extra data can be done through the app and the costs are cheaper than most cell services here in Canada. What an awesome little piece of technology. I totally recommend this!
