Q: Will this nipple cap fits on 2oz Similac bottle?

Yes! That's the only thing I ordered these for. Works very well, has a super slow flow. My newborn gets frustrated with how slow it is.

Q: Outside of pre made bottles what brand bottles do these work on?

Here's a list of Standard Neck Bottles we have tested with the nfant Nipples for fit. If a bottle is not on the list, it doesn't mean it doesn't fit, we just didn't test for it. Q: which size should I get for a 3 month old?

It depends. I have 3 kids and all of them have been different. Just try it and if the bottle spills out of their mouth while eating the nipple is to fast for them. Go to the next size down. The good thing with my wife is she was pumping and these fit the Medela bottles

Q: Will these work with regular standard medela bottles?

Yes! That is what I used them with. The 5 oz and the 2.5 oz medela bottles.
