Phones were exactly as described. All items were present in the packaging. Although a renewed product, it would be very difficult to distinguish from new, unused phones. Best advice; follow the instructions. Charge all phones and base at least 7 hours per instructions. Best to get enlarged, viewable instructions for phone model from the Panasonic website. If any questions, there is a search function on the Panasonic website to ask questions. Would have liked to link my cell phone to the base unit to answer incoming landline calls (not cellular calls) so my cell phone would serve as extra handset while at home. Otherwise, the link2cell feature works great.

I bought this to replace an aging set that was also from Panasonic. I love the Call Block feature and that it will connect to my Android cell phone. Sound quality is acceptable. I dropped my landline service a couple of weeks ago and thought I would have to donate this set to Habitat for Humanity. However I was pleasantly surprised to see that the cell phone still worked with this set! So I left all the phones in place and I find it quite convenient as I don't always have my cell on my person.

Not the best in speaker phone mode. Not friendly. Eventually I expect to master the features after reading the manual several dozen times. It's rare that I ever have to read a manual, but with this system, you do. Controls are not easily assessable and it is necessary to hunt for features with multiple button depressions. I like the caller ID announcements to pre-screen calls & the block ability to terminate a continuous robo-caller.

I have to admit that I was predisposed to order Panasonic. Our last two systems have been Panasonics, and we are used to the nature of the controls. But we needed an expanded system with intercom and, hey look, Panasonic!I have to admit this is much like all the others we’ve had, except for the intercom. The all call intercom is great for meal notification when we’re spread across the house. And the ability to force the intercom to answer is fantastic for the eleven year old who tends to get lost in his gaming, and needs to get his “but” to the table.One final thing I love about the Panasonics we’ve had is that they use AAA NiMH batteries available pretty much everywhere. No special batteries you have to wait for if you have a decent hardware of department store nearby. Or you could order them on this great online web store I’ve heard of...

The sound is not very good or clear. The voice announcement is nice but it mispronounces almost every word! The display is nice and bright and it holds a lot of numbers. It could be improved.

Our old AT&T cordless phones were getting some age one them starting to die when talking very fast so I started doing research on a new set of cordless phones for our and decided on these and could not be happier. They were very easy to set up, and I really like the fact you can use regular rechargeable AAA batteries in them. However, they came with batteries so no worries for a long time. The Bluetooth to my cell was very easy and straightforward to setup. I really like how the phones announce the name and number with someone calls your landline and even when someone calls your cell phone it announces the name and number if you have it paired to your cell.

Works very well. Easy to make changes to settings. My only issue is that the handset must be placed EXACTLY in front of ear or the volume is weak. Most phones have more range of position.

I also like the way you can have your cell sync with the landline. You can answer cell calls and the landline phone even tells you when you get a text on your cell. Excellent value.
