After posting the first review, the seller contacted with a very helpful attitude and concerned about my health and safety with the product. They asked me details about my side effects and offered a full refund. I did not expect this and it was a very pleasant experience. As I explained in my first review, I have IBS, and basically most of the supplements as well as several foods cause me digestive issues. This supplement, was recommended by my dermatologist, who’s one of the best in the state, to manage joint and muscle pain caused by Accutane. She was very direct when recommending this exact brand. There is good research showing the effectiveness of this product on patients on Accutane experiencing muscle and joint pain, so this is really a reliable supplement! My experience was very personal and due to an underlying condition. I just want to say thank you to the seller for their professionalism, and commitment with the customer. They disappeared after stopping the supplement.

I don't really understand how this works but I had tachycardia, reduced oxygen sat., and exercise intolerance after HA. After trying a SINGLE PILL 8 DAYS AGO, my HR has normalized, oxygen sat levels improved, and exercise tolerance is improving. The first 24 hrs after I took it my HR went down to 40-50 BPM but went back to a normal resting rate of 60-70 bpm after. This is a powerful supplement.

Thorne is expensive, but it’s one of the highest quality brands of supplements on the market. I buy a lot of supplements due to ongoing chronic fatigue and histamine intolerance. It’s always readily apparent when a supplement is of poor quality because my symptoms flare. I take one of these in combination with a multi B and sublingual NADH and, depending on the day, it feels like I’ve had a nitro brew coffee (on a good day) or makes me functional so I can work (on a bad day). If you read the research on this supplement there’s an upper limit on mg you should take before it could cause heart issues. Unless you’re abusing this supplements dosage recommendations by taking over 2 grams a day, you’ll never come close to the dosage the research indicates is deleterious for your health. More importantly, if you follow the recommended dose on the bottle it’s way below the recommended limit. As someone who often has days where I can’t even get out of bed this supplement is a godsend and worth every penny. On really bad days I’ll take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I highly recommend this product for anyone with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia.

As another reviewer pointed out, Acetyl L Carnitine is a great supplement for hyperthyroidism. It's well-documented, and I learned about it through my own research after my diagnosis. The supplement is not a cure-all -- but helps tremendously with symptoms such as anxiety, racing heart, sleep problems and other hyper issues. (It has other health benefits, too, but I'm talking here about its use for hyper-thyroid patients.) This brand works especially well and is of great quality. I like the fact that each pill is 500mg, and you can opt to take it in divided doses to spread throughout the day. I was experiencing some thyroid flare-up symptoms recently, and took one of these in the morning, and another in the afternoon. I was amazed at how quickly my symptoms subsided -- and how much better I felt by the end of the day (and how much better I slept that night). These helped put me back on track very quickly. I'm very grateful for this product, and I wish more endocrinologists would talk to their patients about this.

Ohh emmmgeee these things stink SO mad. I'm sure all mentholated do, just prepare yourself. Vitamins themselves will great, plug your nose!

This is a trustworthy brand. I use it just once a week as a supplement. Most supplements push amounts that are wasteful.
