If pressure canning makes you nervous, this is a million times worth the investment! You don’t have to babysit this pressure canner like the old time ones, and it has so many safety features. I like that it will hold 20 pint jars and up to 7 quart jars. It’s relatively easy to clean, and I haven’t had issues with the seal at all. It’s not too heavy either. The quality is amazing and it’s so easy to use. It will tell you exactly what to do each step.

This canner!!!!!! I love it! Easy to operate! Love the recipes! I’m someone who is new to canning and it has been fun and easy to can successfully with this canner. Clean up: easy! I haven’t had any failed lids! It seems to maintain a correct pressure control without a fluctuation in temps. It’s heavy, but that’s expected from a 23QT Holds the amount of jars advertised for size Excellent quality you would expect from a Presto You can skip the preheat! Just look it up on YouTube.
