Poor sound - unless you like robots
I had high hopes for this microphone, having read reviews when it was launched, and so placed an order for it.Those reviews highlighted the onboard AI which they said made this better than rival DJI and Rode systems. They also talked about the ear monitoring systems.The product does not live up to expectations.The AI sound is very robotic and flat - and much worse than DJI and Rode. It removes all human quality from a recording.And the earphones lag horribly making them unusable for solo recording.The design is great.The sound is not.It’s going back. This is not worth the money. Sorry Hollyland, but this is not usable.
