I like Swanson Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 500mcg Each, 250 Capsules because they are easy to swallow and it is a cost effective way to get your vitamin B12. I will buy again. My husband and I both take it and neither one of us has had any problem with it.I also like that it has minimal ingredients, only two additional ones: rice flour and gelatin.This is a good product for a good price. I will purchase this vitamin again.
