The trick to blowing it up
I ordered this small Goonidy ball for PT exercises, just the right size for knee squeezes. I like the metallic finish and slight texture for easy grip. BUT blowing it up isn't easy. Here's the scoop: First remove the air hole plug--no tool included to help wiggle it out so you might need a small flat screwdriver, metal nail file, or tweezers. Working the plug up from below the hole might also work. Next, insert the straw into the air hole but only as far as needed. Blow up the ball until it's full. Before removing the straw and keeping your mouth over it, place your finger right next to the air hole. Quickly pull the straw out and instantly cover the hole with your finger. Then work the end of the plug into the hole, keeping your finger over as much of the hole as possible until the plug takes up all the space. Press the plug all the way down into the hole. You'll probably still lose air--which can be fine for some exercises, but a challenge if you want a full and taut ball. YMMV and it may take some practice. Goonidy answered my cry for help with these tricks. Also similar to TriDeer seller video instructions. I'd pay more for a small ball with an air hole and stopper like most pool inflatables--is that so difficult?

Nice Ball
A fine ball for you to use while at home doing exercises. I have a fair warning to those eyeing this ball, understand how big or small a 9 inch ball is. Once i inflated the ball i realized it is smaller than I pictured it would be. However, it will suffice.

Needs a valve
The ball is great and the price even better. My biggest problem is it needs to have a valve in it so when I take the straw out of it it doesn't deflate. It doesn't stay inflated well.

Nice Small Yoga Ball!
This soft pilates ball was very useful while working out. Soft, light and easy to use! It helped with my core workout and was very supportive to my back. It is durable and the size is small but not too small. Likely about 9 inches in diameter. I didn't perceive any smell.

Für Kinder die nicht genug von Ballons kriegen, aber sich erschrecken wenn’s knallt, sind diese kleinen Bälle genau richtig. Die halten echt alles aus. Gute Alternative
