Worked fine for 4 months
Product was fairly easy to setup. I worked fine for 4 months and now I can't get it to work after changing the batteries.

Exactly What We Needed - Simple, Accurate, and Works Perfectly!
I've been looking for a reliable and easy-to-use people counter for my small retail shop, and this one is a game-changer! Seriously, if you need to track customer traffic, look no further.First off, the "Completely Wireless & Battery Operated" claim is absolutely true and a HUGE plus. No messy wires, no need to find a power outlet near the door – I just mounted the sensors on the doorframe (which took less than five minutes, by the way!), popped in the batteries, and it was ready to go. The display is clear and easy to read, showing both the incoming and outgoing customer counts.The "Bi-Directional Customer Counter" is incredibly accurate. I've been comparing the counter numbers to a manual count during busy periods, and this device is spot on. It's so helpful to see not just how many people entered, but also how many left, giving me a much better understanding of customer flow and dwell time.

WORKS GREAT
Used in a county building to verify amount of visitors. So far so good, it counts in both directions shows the number for both directions. The only down side is the number display is small.

It’s very big and count wrong
I have been using it for more than 2 month.When I used it for first time near an anti-theft system, the count result was wrong.I tried installing it in different places, the count results was still not correct, but a bit more accurate.Also, it’s much bigger, than my old counter from another store.

Worked, but stopped working after 5 months
This people counter worked perfectly - for five months. It stopped working, two months after the product replacement policy ends. Sent seller a message but no response.
