I made a wonderful Keto lemon cheesecake pound cake in it. The mold worked perfectly! I sprayed it first and the cake came out easily! Can’t wait to make another bundt cake or even a quiche in it!

I purchased these because my cakes would stick in metal bunt cake pans. This silicone pan requires little to no oil spray and the cake slides right out. This allowed me to make double the amount of cakes in the same amount of time that it would normally take for me to make one cake. So glad I bought these.

I realized how many huge and heavy pots and pans I'daccumulated. Thank goodness for the brilliance of your creators! I nowhave converted to incredible silicone bread pans, baking sheets and now thebundt pans. Not only are they safe, but lighter and easier for me to lift,super fun to actually fold a bit and fit in a roll out kitchen cabinetshelf. And no oiling and also one of the greatest miracles I've sharedwith all my friends and family is that there is no rusting and they are100% easier to clean.

My cake stuck. It was a sour cream cake, with lots of moisture. Maybe drier cakes don’t stick? I don’t know until I try a different recipe. I also find cleaning the pan to be average. It was easier than a metal pan but not nearly as easy as my silicone baking mat. I was disappointed to realize the return window is only 30 days because if the pan sticks it’s of zero use to me. But, I did really really like the measuring spoons that come with the pans (granted they’re not worth $17.) I hope the pan works on a more traditional cake recipe without sticking. The top 1/2 inch didn’t stick where the sides were flat.
