Can't build it at this price
It is rated 100 microhenry and measured 103 on Der EE LCR DE-5000 which is pretty good agreement. I could not measure its DC resistance with general purpose multimeter so it is under 0.1 ohm.The wiring is 3 parallel raps of what looks like about 18 gouge wire. I have no data on the magnetic properties of the core.

Correct inductance and good construction
My measurement device put this at ~110 uH, so that's good agreement with the stated value. The winding is made from four strands of enameled copper wire which according to my measurement is probably 21 gauge, soldered together at each end. If my measurement of wire diameter is correct, this should support 8A / strand which after applying a derating factor for the four strands should be above 20A. I only expect to be using it at a maximum of 10A anyway, So I'm happy with the product!
