I must admit that my keto diet didn't go well this last month (Holidays). I still took the pills anyway and admittedly saw I was still able to control the amount of food I ate. These pills have maximum impact when utilizing the keto diet and exercising. I started at 247 lb and I am now 219 lb.

Only 2 capsules a day and drink water, easy! I have been on a no carb diet but coming close to my goal I decided to introduce carbs back into my diet and take a supplement. I have not lost weight but I have lost inches. If you are dieting, or taking supplements and are watching a scale but not watching inches, shame on you. Inches are more important then weight. since taking the supplement (1/2 bottle) I have lost a total of 3 inches.

For anyone skeptical and has tried different diet pills/teas before with no results like I have, I will have to say that I am very impressed with the results and very surprised.I take them the maximum (2 pills with water 20-30 min. prior to a meal). I have developed less of an appetite and a lot of times finding myself just not wanting anything in between meals (which was my downfall because I snacked a lot). I eat less and don’t have cravings for junk. I’ve also been less interested in drinking alcohol for some reason too.Some people have said it gives them more energy, but I don’t find that to be the case for me. I have been dealing with fatigue for a long time and it is medication-related so don’t take my word for changes in energy levels.Overall, extremely pleased. I am a female and I have lost 8.6 lbs in two weeks. That says a lot to me. I will definitely keep taking these until I’m down to my goal weight.These are so cheap, just go for it and buy some!

Used to be very skeptical for all keto related diets and products, but after hearing all the hype around keto, i had to try for myself!This is definitely been a big improvement for me, weight is going down, feel a lot more energetic. You can't go wrong with this!
