This ice maker was easy to install, simple to operate and instantly began making lots of ice. Adding a drain pump very easy.

I liked the ice maker while it was working.

I installed this machine about 6 weeks ago and have been very impressed with the quality of the ice and how quickly it fills up. The ice is crystal clear cubes and it holds 35 lbs when full. I recommend this brand for anyone looking to purchase an under cabinet ice maker.

Very cheaply made and does not function under the counter well as there is no electric drain pump so it needs to be in a place where you can easily drain it. Unfortunately ours is inside without that capability so we had to return which was quite expensive, 329.00

The product works very well and just keeps on working day after day better than I could have hoped for but stars four and five are for the great customer serviceI had to modify the handles a bit to get it to fit and customer service was with me all the way. Good people to work with.other than that, I installed the unit myself and I’m far from a home repair artist

Arrived not working. Never produced a single cube of ice. Getting a refund was difficult.Do not recommend. Buy a different brand.

Producers ice quick and efficiently. Great buy, especially for the price!

My husband and I entertain our neighbors often and noticed we needed to prep for ice every time. Shop, drop in a cooler, hope not to run out…but with the ZAFRO we didn’t have to worry anymore. We have a water osmosis so we had our plumber hook it up and voila! Crystal clear pure ice cube and perfect size too! The machine fits under a counter and produces ice as ice is being used (taken out). Make sure it fits. Dimensions are exact.
