I've been using the GHOST Pre-Workout powder for quite some time now. I don't drink coffee so I need a pick-me-up when I go to the gym at 5AM. I've used other pre-workout powders but lots of them tend to have a chemical aftertaste. I don't get that with GHOST. I get the boost of energy that I need about 15 to 20 minutes after I drink the recommended amount. No nauseating after-effects like some of the other brands that I used in the past. My go-to flavors are the Welch's Grape, Warheads Sour Green Apple and the Swedish Fish one! All classics!

Great pre-workout to get you going! Be careful with this one though, it has 300mg of regular caffeine and 100mg of extended release caffeine! I found out the hard way after taking it after work one evening and was staring at the ceiling at 1am long after my workout was finished! This is now my weekend pre-workout!

Taste is great, little thicker to drink than what I'm use to probably because so much power is in one scope. Energy level is good, price is on the higher side for only 20 servings.

I really like this pre workout. Depending on what I need, I may take a half or a full scoop. This does give me pins and needles feeling randomly around 5 minutes after drinking it, but that stops once I start my cardio. I feel good through my workouts and don’t feel a crash afterwords.

My grandson, who is a body builder, believes this is good stuff plus it tastes good!
