Great meaningful but not expensive gift for my daughter’s 10th birthday, and she LOVED IT!!!She wore it the first day she had it & took it off before bed.When I went to put it on her the next morning, she told me that it came messed up because there was an extra dangly piece & the clasp part only slides into a hole and dangles out the other side, but won’t keep the necklace from falling off- well it wasn’t any extra pieces OR even a clasp, the open/close mechanism part was still attached to the side it should clip onto, sooo needless to say, it’s broken.I will try to find it tomorrow & add a picture of what I mean to this review. I guess you get what you pay for & I would not buy again.Update 1/2024Received an email from SERENEY customer service , noticed they had made multiple attempts in December to reach out & justify the issue - Within 2 days of my response I had a new necklace in hand!! I see exactly what the problem was with the first necklace… this necklace is very fragile & has a different type of “tightening “ mechanism. This time I see a little paper instructions that came with the necklace. I’ve included an image of the instructions- this is the exact issue we had with the first one.Definitely happy with this company & their customer support 🙌👌🏻
