I ordered my first Licwshi SL05 outdoor light in February and my second one in March. I just ordered two more! These solar charging security lights are great for any outdoor location, not just those inaccessible to AC power. These devices put the light just where I need it and don't light up the entire neighborhood which keeps our neighbors happy. The automatic timer feature is nice so 15 seconds after I've stopped moving or left the area the light goes off. So far, I've mounted one light over the back porch entrance and the second light over my grill on the side of the house. They work flawlessly and will even fully charge on a cloudy day. I can use the provided wireless remote control to change settings on the light from inside the house if needed. The light's slim and aesthetically pleasing design makes it almost unnoticeable. No more ugly spot lights hanging from my eaves.

Mind you, we have only had these Licwshi Solar Lights installed for the past two weeks, but we are thoroughly satisfied with them. We just wanted some additional lighting for people as they moved around the property in front of our mountain cabin and these two units have done just that. They were easy to install, very responsive to movement, and bright enough to make sure people are safe.The units are amazingly sensitive and responsive to movement from approximately 25-30 feet. We laughed because they were actually lighting up as the chipmunks scurried about the property (we did adjust the angles, so that does not happen as much). The lighting is great for an affordable solar option.The units housings are plastic, so there is a trade off with potential durability issues (if dropped) but that is offset by the lightweight ease of installation. These two units did the trick for us! Now we will look to see how long they last.

So simple to install & versatile as well in that regard. I installed on a vertical wall but did try the underside of the cantilevered soffit - too low! So it's about 13' up & giving a great throw and very bright light at least 20' out, pointed straight down! I may tilt it to give a bit more outward range on the light, but either way it's a great addition to ward off the dark, much better than my architectural lights on the house!

This is a great solar motion light. The installation and operation is exactly as I would have expected it. I purchased 3 of these lights for lighting the side of my house at night. I also love that the remote is RF so I can change the settings on all three simultaneously without needing to point to a specific light. I use it in motion only mode as I don't have it mounted in a place that gets too much sun, plus I live in the Pacific North West, so it tends to be cloudy. But the light always turns on when I need it.I removed one star because I don't feel the motion sensor is as sensitive as I would have liked. I mounted the light about 12 feet over the ground, but I need to be almost under the light (within about 3 feet) for it to activate. All 3 are about the same. Also the mounting arm seems a little flimsy and I'm not totally sure this will withstand high winds, but I'm sure it's sufficient for what it is. Would have been nice to have an aluminum arm for greater rigidity.Hoping this light last a couple years, but will come back to update the review if it fails.

Initial impressions are very favorable... Simple installation with no wiring! Modern battery technology with longer life and more deep cycles than the more common earlier technologies.Have been switching to Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries for amateur radio applications where light weight, flat discharge curves and high expected cycle count really matter. This is one of the first lighting products I've run across using this relatively new technology. really matter...Only minor complaint is that the user guide could be better... Not hard to get the light to do what I want, but the manual wasn't the best.Delivery drivers will finally be able to see our house numbers at night!

It is a easy install, and it is a bright light along with that it is sensitive to activate and good in that respect.The down fall is that the first one I installed only stayed on 9-10 seconds, not the 15 seconds as advertised.Really need light to stay on at least 15 seconds, even more would be better.I sent back the second one unused and un opened for a refund. Company needs to work on that one issue.Considering this light is quite a bit more in cost than competitors, it should perform as advertised.

Needed a light on a storage building near the end of our driveway but did not have any electrical power to the storage building so had to go solar. This light was so easy to install, program to the mode I wanted and is bright enough that I can see clearly from the house to the storage building at a distance of approximately 50' to 60' when the motion sensor activated the light. Great product and will not hesitate to purchase another for another application.

I purchased this item, to add light on our campground but it was too much light for the application, so it went back in the box for later use.......it did work when I received it. Late July, I took it out and placed it in the sun all day to charge because it didn't work......but it didn't work after charged. Today, is a bright sunny day so I placed it in full sun at 8 AM and at 3:30 I tried it again following the instructions on the box, and it still does not work. The return window was only a month and I didn't buy the extended warranty. Not damaged in any way...........lesson learned.
