This can be a decent product with some minor design improvements
I've purchased 20+ of these for my company. If you leave this on the floor, connected to your USB - it will work fine. But if you move it around, the internal USB connector will snap off. I've seen many of these in offices that can't be connected any more. Also, there is an unacceptable failure rate in the actual AC power strip.The website has a tech support line that does not respond. If you send them an email - it will go unanswered. I would very much like to talk to them, their product is 90% there. The USB software and drivers are great, and their monitoring software is decent. The folks who assemble these need training.This is a decent product if you get one that works. Don't keep plugging it into its USB port once it works.Suggestion is to buy 2 or 3 and send back to Amazon the ones that don't work.Hey - pwrusb.com Reach out to me!!!

Awesome PLC product
This PLC is great for when I need more control as opposed to just turning devices on/off. Set it up once for when to lower power but still keep something on when dormant, and increase the power as needed, and never worry about it again! Great idea!
