I won't skirt around the fact that this is a big and ugly shoe. However, the comfort is worth it. There is plenty of room, but the shoe is secure and does not slide off. It comes with additional spacers and support. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone with wide feet.

As you probably know, diabetes comes with foot problems. These feel good on my feet. The sizing feels right to me, and I appreciate the wide toe. That being said, they aren't very stylish, but that's just how these things go. The stylish shoes are never the most comfortable.
