I’ve now had this bag for years. It is awesome. I feel like a pilot, but it also has a slight Mary Poppins feel to it, as you can fit loads of stuff in it. As we all know, he was really cool.

Great product and very good quality

I am pleased with the pilot case. It represnts good value for money for the price I paid and there's just the right amount of space inside and pockets. Some of the plastic did come away around the handle slot but a knife inserted it back under its plastic edging and all looks good again. I dodn't think it was a fault of the product but probably the way I picked it up

Firstly, this took over a month to arrive because the company UK office direct, which sells them, ignored the questions in my email. Their courrier kept missing me apparently, but left no calling card. The company would not provide any details of the courrier, to enable me to pick it up from a depot. When eventually they did leave a calling card and I picked it up, one of the clasps would not close properly. This time I phoned, and in fairness, a replacement was sent out very promptly. I have been using the case for work for a month now and last week I noticed that a pin, which holds the handle to the case, has broken off. Quite how this has happened I have no idea, but it is further proof of the poor quality of these products, as I have only carried papers in it, so the weight is not excessive. I give it another week maybe and the handle will have come off completely. I really wish I paid £100 for a decent one, because these are just a heap of cheaply made junk.
