Everything about this sink is absolutely perfect! Every described feature works like a dream. Instalation was a breeze. Literally everything is "plug and play". Great for first time DIY projects. I was unable to be present during the delivery window (that's definitely my fault), but the seller was more than accommodating while assisting me. Steller customer service coupled with an even better product makes this a win win. I'm sold on the brand and recommend this product to anyone looking to completely change their kitchen sink experience!

Bought this sink for a kitchen remodel on a house we hadn't even bought yet... lol! After closing on the house and tearing out the deteriorating old counters and shallow double bowl sink, I installed this one. It's huge. The 10" depth is perfect for pots and pans, and the coating (looks like hex-clad) doesn't seem to scratch at all. Love the faucet features, from the produce rinser to the separate filtered water faucet. The 3 different spray types in the faucet itself are cool (the high pressure rinse cleans everything easy after cooking, and even works great to clean out the sink into the corners, which are rounded enough to not hold food). But the glass cleaner is worth it right there. My wife can come down in the morning, make a cup of coffee, and when done, holds it over the glass sprayer for a few moments and it's clean enough to put away. easier than waiting for the dishwasher to get a large enough load in to run. The buttons that switch the various functions are heavy, metal, and weighted. Feel extremely substantial. You CAN turn them all on at once (though why would you?), but you'll not have much pressure at each feature... The temp display is nice, and I love that it, and the blue LED light bar, is powered by the water flowing through the system and not an electrical connection.Only issues, which is why 4 stars... the sink has a pretty interesting shutoff valve system as described to be able to open close off the drain with a large knurled metal knob to the right of the faucet buttons. BUT, it (and the whole drain system it comes with) will NOT work with any garbage disposal units, even the ones they make. If you want the garbage disposal, you'll have to toss out the complex drain system (which I'm not sure is even code compliant in the US, as there's some interesting venting and no actual P trap setup). If you do that, then there's a large metal knurled knob on the faucet that will turn but not do anything. I solved that issue by mounting the air switch for the garbage disposal (purchased elsewhere on Amazon) in the hole for the drain knob. Looks like it was supposed to be there and is super handy for whoever is using the sink at the time.Last issue, but no strikes against it... The main water feed for the hot water had "suggestions" of threads where it was supposed to thread onto the supply line from the house. The cold side was fine, but the hot side simply slid on and off the fitting. Contacted Lefton and they shipped another set out immediately. Got them in a couple days, installed them and everything is great. Super responsive to my needs as they walked me though this and the garbage disposal solution.

It was to small and would not fit in my kitchen sink hole

My sink arrived bent and missing crucial rubber washers. I had to bend the back of the tub into proper alignment and used my own rubber washers in certain places. After handling all the different parts of this sink I am not confident at all that it will last too long (I wish I had bought a more premium brand). It has fancy & flashy features but I foresee them breaking in a few years time, and can find no information on getting replacement parts. The included instructions were close to useless.They advertise a condensation barrier but the whole bottom of my sink tub condensed with moisture when I had a bit of ice sitting in it. If you install a garbage disposal instead of using the included plastic drain bits then the top silver knob will be functionally useless, and there's no pieces included to cover the hole for it should you forego installing it.Now that I have the sink installed I do enjoy some of the fancy features it offers, such as the produce cleaning sprayer and the included bins which sit on the sink's rails.I would not recommend this sink.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTThey are REFUSING to replace this junk sink. The PLASTIC parts….yes PLASTIC are discolored and the metal buttons have the finish coming off. They are telling me it justly needs to be wiped off. This is the most absurd excuse for a defective product I’ve ever dealt with. This is total junk and we will end up replacing the entire sink and faucet with something that’s actually works and doesn’t lose its finish after 3 MONTHS.

We received this sink a few days ago, they shipped my order very quickly and the item came in very well packaging. We just finished installation, this is a very beautiful sink and we are very satisfied with the quality, it works just as advertised. The waterfalls, cup rinser, soap dispenser, etc... are very practical, I highly recommend this sink!!!
