I ordered this so I could fix chilled non-alcohol drinks for myself & the family, during the brutal hot & humid Summer days of the southeast. I rarely drink alcohol, so I'm not going to be able to comment on how well this machine concocts those types of drinks. The machine itself is really easy & simple to use. You fill it up with your desired mix and then you basically just select the appropriate setting for the beverage type you want to fix and it will do the rest - voila. You can also control how thick you want your drink. At first, it can be kind of tricky to achieve the correct ratio of sugar or dairy (depending on which drink you're trying to fix). If you don't have the correct ratio, your drink can turn out to be kind of runny and half frozen. Thankfully, the machine comes with a mini guide which is very helpful in achieving the perfect drink. Once I got the hang of it, it practically became 2nd nature. My slushies are perfect now and taste the same or even better than the ones you get at convenience stores. Although slushies are my drink of choice, I've made some really great tasting milkshakes as well. When in use, the machine's noise level is acceptable. It's not mouse quiet, but it's not it blasts really loud like a hair dryer either. I have a silent dishwasher which is rated as 55db and I would compare it to around that sound level, give or take a few dbs. The build quality is pretty legit. I've been using the machine daily for almost 2 months now and it runs just like it did fresh out of the box. I don't see any signs of degradation or failing parts. If it starts to fail, I will obviously update this review. Now to everyone's dreaded topic - the ease of cleaning. Cleaning these types of appliances are never fun, no matter how easy. Since I use it daily (mainly with slushies), I run the cleaning cycle with plain water a couple of times every day after I'm done with it for the evening. Every week, I've been disassembling it and hand washing the parts thoroughly with gentle dish soap. I scrub the evaporator with plain water and then let it air dry before reassembling all of the parts. For milkshakes, I dissemble and clean it every time afterwards, since I don't want residue of milk sitting in my machine. It's not as bad to clean than some other tabletop appliances. In in all, I love this machine! It's like having a convenience store slushie machine in my home. I'm so glad I don't have to drive a few miles down the road anymore in order to get me a tasty chilled treat. I would order it again. Depending on just how many slushies you usually buy in a year, I could see this machine saving you money in the long run (when you factor in the price of convenience store slushies + use of gas mileage).

This slushie machine has been a hit during the hot days it really nails that perfect icy consistency. It’s super satisfying to pour your own soda slushie at home, and there are a ton of recipes online to try if you’re feeling adventurous. Setup was pretty simple, though I had to let it sit upright for a couple of hours before using it (refrigerant needs to settle). It chills fast and keeps the slushie cold for quite a while. The biggest downside is definitely the cleanup. The rinse function didn’t quite reach all the way to the top of the container, so I still had to remove it and wash manually. Also, the child lock feature is more frustrating than helpful in my case. If you’re okay with a little maintenance, it’s a great machine for summer fun and way more enjoyable when shared with friends or family.

Ich habe mir diese Slushy-Maschine gekauft und bin total begeistert! Ich habe ein 1,9l (1:6,5) Pfirsichsirup-Wasser-Gemisch eingefüllt – nach genau 55 Minuten auf der höchsten Stufe war mein perfekter Slushy fertig. Die Konsistenz ist top – wie vom Jahrmarkt, nur eben zu Hause! 🍑❄️ Einige Leute meckern, dass “nur” 1,9l Flüssigkeit (Maximal Befüllung!) reinpassen, obwohl die Maschine mit 2,6 l angegeben ist. Also bitte… Wasser dehnt sich beim Gefrieren aus. Wer hier den vollen Tank füllt, hat Physik verpennt. 😜 Es geht nicht um die reine Füllmenge, sondern um den nötigen Platz beim Rühren. Wer das nicht kapiert, sollte lieber nochmal zur Schule gehen – oder zumindest keine Slush-Maschinen bewerten. Ja, die Maschine ist etwas laut – aber hey, sie rödelt ja nur in der Küche vor sich hin und macht ihren Job. Stört mich null. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Reinigung des Auslassventils ist etwas fummelig. Vor allem die Dichtung sauber zu bekommen ist fast ein kleines Abenteuer. Man muss mehrfach durchspülen und auch von unten Wasser durchdrücken. Mit etwas Geduld aber machbar – und der Slushy ist es wert. Fazit: Wer eine richtig gute Slushy-Maschine sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Volle Empfehlung von mir!

Tolles Gerät, die ersten Slush sind getrunken, herrlich. Warum ist das eine als 2,6 L angegebene Maschine, wenn nur 1,9 l Volumen eingefüllt werden können? das muss man erst mal verstehen. Aber wie gesagt das Resultat ist einfach klasse. Habe es mit Fruchtsaft versucht und es hat hervorragend geklappt.

Works super well. Fantastic for a kids birthday party as you can just dump some soda and make a slushie. Easy to set up and get going. Like a regular refrigerator make sure you have it upright for a while before using so the refrigerant has time to settle to properly work My only iissue is cleaning. Can be a pain to clean especially the nooks and crannies of it. Otherwise it’s like a commercial slushie machine you find in a convienience store
