Q: What is the average shelf life or expiration of this cashew flour?

I've had mine two months now. The bag doesn't seal again. It's not in the refrigerator. It's still rather fresh tasting and looking.

Q: What is the whole-nut measured equivalence? e.g. 1 cup whole cashews is equal to what amount in cups of this finely ground cashew flour?

I use it to make cashew bread that called for 1 1/2 whole raw cashews ground in a blender. By measuring this amount after it was ground, I found that 2C of the Nature's Eats cashew flour was the equivalent to 1 1/2 nuts. I hope that this gives you an idea. You could also get in touch with Nature's Eats to ask. I found that this flour worked very well for my recipe and saved some steps and money.

Q: Are these raw cashews?

There is nothing on the package that indicates whether the cashews are raw or roasted. It does say to store in a refrigerator or freezer for optimal freshness.
