Polymaker PolyLite PLA PRO 3D Printer Filament - Worry Free PLA Filament! Generally, it’s hard for a 3D printer PLA material to have both characteristics of high stiffness and toughness at the same time, but our Polymaker PolyLite PLA PRO 3D filament achieved this breakthrough! It has similar toughness and 1.6 times of stiffness as other toughness enhanced PLA filament 1.75mm, and the impact strength even exceeds ABS which is recognized strong engineering materials in the market, perfect for mechanically demanding applications. Key Product Features: Toughness and High Rigidity all in one, meeting your functional demand for PLA (No competitors can match currently)Better layer adhesion than regular PLA, easy to print Low odor, no warping, no jamming, no blobs or layer delamination issues, giving you a good printing experience; Consistent color and dimensional accuracy realized with CCD line sensor technology;Carefully winded and dried and vacuum-sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant, no tangle or moisture issue;Cardboard spool and box are made of recycled materials that can be recycled directly after use, helping lessen plastic waste. Printing Settings: Nozzle Temp.: 190˚C - 220˚C; Bed Temp.: 30˚C - 60˚C; Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 70mm/s; Fan: ON. Review: I've been printing with this filament for about 4 days, only stopping to remove the prints and reglue the beds on my printers. I've gone through about 3Kg on a stock ender 3 pro and an upgraded ender 3 pro with a glass bed and roller spool holder. Here are some of my opinions and observations on this filament. 1. Accuracy with material. First off the accuracy is amazing. I was able to print 1mm poles for a very detailed model. Not only did they print on an angle but they came out clean with very little underside droop if any. 2. Temperature for printing. I dont have the best insulated house and Temperatures have fluctuated pretty severely during long prints, yet the prints come out perfectly. I dont recommend it but if your house gets very cold when you don't have the heat on. your print will likely come out fine. 3. Print lines and over all surface finish Compared to other popular brands like everyone or other cheap desertcart recommended filaments, this stuff comes out with 0 bubbling or post extrusion expanding (like when the top of your print comes out looking like a hand file) the top and bottom surfaces are prettymuch perfect. As for the print lines, man damn they are nice. At .2 layer height and 50mm speed on my ender 3 pro it looks good enough that I don't bother sanding anything. There aren't and random blobs coming out the side and very little strings if any. 4. Print settings. You can download the newest version of cura, throw a model on and send it to the printer, or you can make custom print settings that took you weeks to make perfect. Either way, you're going to get great prints. 5. Cons The cardboard spool can get caught on the spool holder a little bit on a stock ender 3 pro, but on my other machine that has a roller, its a non issue. Over all this filament is going to be my go to, And by far outperformed every filament I've ever used by a large margin. 10/5 would recommend. I wish I could give it more stars. Review: Il materiale è ottimo ma le dimensioni sono un vero disastro, cambiano in tutto il filamento in più è ovale. Questo nn permette di fare stampe eccellenti.

dont buy the silver, they added unnecessary additives or whatever that makes it create tiny holes/pockmarks in your prints. and before you ask. Yes, I have dried the filament and my retraction is perfect. normal colors like red I had is perfect though. stop adding sparkly/white dots to your filaments. it causes these exact problems. otherwise I love polymakers stuff.

This filament is EXCELLENT! Added to this review is my first 3d print ever (I just got this printer about a week ago). As a precondition to getting into 3d printing, I wanted a filament that was tough (like ABS), produced no fumes (like PLA) and worked with cheaper colder nozzle units (such as the Ender 3 V2 which stays below 260 and costs about as much in dollars for a basic kit). This filament seemed to fit all checkboxes, but it did seem like a more complex formulation to start with. I did my homework and read all about the properties of this filament. The reviews on here from Michael and Leah Ellis were incredibly informative and helped me nail down the settings perfectly. I followed Michael's recipe to a T and got an incredible first result. I've yet to do supports, and will be testing that next. Michael's review was extremely helpful for initial settings. For my first ever 3d print, with this filament, the results are remarkably strong. I am very happy I started on this filament and did all my homework!

This filament is really easy to print with. It sticks to the bed well at 60c and lays smooth, even layers at 200c from the nozzle. Using a all metal hotend with 2mm retraction at 70mm/sec it lays down almost invisible layer lines at .2mm. Looks and shines like real silver. We use this to make gears for clocks. Highly recommend this product for strong, durable parts!
