I am so happy I got this for my husband. He sleeps on his back a lot and snores, so I have to constantly wake him up and tell him to sleep on his side. So, neither of us are getting a good nights sleep due to this. He says he's really lethargic every day and I know it's because he's not getting good sleep due to his snoring. He doesn't mean to sleep on his back, it's just how he moves when he's sleeping. He even says he doesn't mean to do that. It's an easy and nice design. It blows up and has 2 clips on it to clip to your shirt on the back. It's very lightweight. Last night was the first night he used it and I didn't wake up a single time to tell him to lay on his side. It was really nice to get a full nights rest. I highly recommend this for anyone who snores a lot when laying on your back. It really did make a world of difference in just a single night.

This really works incredibly well. YOU MUST GET A SMALL TIGHT FITTING BIKE SHIRT!!! This is the only way to keep unit in best position all night. I only (want to) sleep on one side. I found it worked best if I locate it on my back close to the side I sleep on. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

This side sleeping pillow provides good support for your back. I found that it kept me from rolling over at night when using it. When combined with a normal pillow in the front, this side sleeping pillow allowed for a much better sleeping experience when compared to no pillow at all. However, it did have two downsides I noticed. The first is the clamping mechanism used to secure the pillow to a shirt. These clamps are very secure, but consequently, they also bite into the shirt they are attached to. I would recommend only using this pillow with an old shirt. The other issue is adjustability. I often found that the first place I fastened the pillow was not the best. After adjusting on the bed, I found that I needed to move the pillow. It can be difficult to reach around to the clamps to reposition the pillow. Otherwise, this is a great way to provide support for side sleepers.

This works well for me. It keeps me off of my back, which has really helped my positional sleep apnea. I was concerned that it would not stay clipped to my shirt very well, but it does. I recommend this with no reservations. I am thinking of getting a second one, just in case.
