We are really enjoying this bed. Simple to put together if you are used to assembling.

The bed turned out way better than we expected! It’s sturdy, looks great, and functions really well once it’s all put together. That said, the instructions are… not great. If you decide to buy this, just go super slow, study each step, and pay attention to the diagrams. We only had to take apart one or two pieces to fix them, which felt like a win considering how confusing some of the steps were. A tip about the hydraulics: at first, we thought we installed them wrong because once we raised the bed, it wouldn’t lower. We almost gave up! But we pushed through and finished the whole setup—once we put the mattress on, everything worked perfectly. The added weight activated the hydraulics, and the bed raised and lowered just like it’s supposed to. All in all, a solid bed for the price. I’d definitely recommend it—but give yourself some time and patience for assembly!

ONLY complaint is that frame has no edges or bed stop so the bed kinda slides easily and can easily be pushed off , and the drawers are a little tedious to build, everything else is straight forward, directions are easy , took me about 2-3 hours to build alone. Seems durable and should last awhile. Definitely stable and seems quality for the price. I’ll update if anything comes up that’s worthy of review

I’m giving this a 5 star review based on it being exactly as described, arriving on time, being east to assemble and looking nice. Only thing I’d change is make the shelf a little wider and having an actual switch for the led light instead of a remote.

Would not order this product again. Bed frame not cut square, pieces do not fit correctly, chips on corners of wood pieces. Took all day to put it together and if I had not been a fabricator all of my life and have the necessary tools to tape and thread some of the holes and bolts, welding equipment to make the pieces fit the way they should, I would have sent it back. Even the hole for the electrical plug was on the wrong side of the wood. I bet this company gets a lot of returns.

I can’t thank this seller enough for their incredible customer service, especially when the mix-up was entirely my fault! While moving my son to Utah, I was coordinating dozens of deliveries to arrive around the same time we did. Somehow, the only item I accidentally sent to our home in Virginia was the 120 lb bed! Despite the error being mine, the seller responded promptly (within 24 hours every time) and went above and beyond to help coordinate the return. I was so impressed with their support and professionalism that I ordered a second bed from them, this time to the correct address in Utah, and everything went smoothly. Not only did I receive a refund on the first bed, but my son also absolutely loves the new one. He put it together himself, and it’s sturdy, stylish, and perfect for his 400 sq ft apartment, especially with the added storage space. This is a company that truly deserves a 5-star review. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

Good concept but to raise the mattress with frame and put it back down does not go back down square. Thus the slats become unhooked and fall off..I maybe should return it…I’m going to try and use a square to get it square and if that don’t work, I need to return it!!!
