Misleading photos
I’m really disappointed — the item was delivered without the box shown in the photo. That feels so misleading, especially coming from such a well-known and respected brand. I had planned to gift this to my daughter, but now I’m honestly at a loss. The presentation meant everything, and that’s been completely ruined.
