The bolt I have circled requires a new whole be drilled in order to fit through, the factory hole does not line up. That is my only gripe, everything else fits perfect and is definitely carbon fiber, and does come with the logos on the endplates. And don't listen to that other review about misaligned endplates, they are adjustable to a small degree. They rotate about the center of the three holes a little bit for adjustment. The materials are: carbon fiber wing and endplates, all aluminum mounts/supports and all stainless hardware. There are a few extra nuts, bolts and washers. The longer bolts are for assembly, the shorter bolts are for mounting to your car. Overall pretty happy with ourchase when assembled. Decently sturdy when mounted to my car, not much wobble but that may depend on the structural integrity of your cars specific trunk.

Manufactures holes didn’t even lineup to each other had to drill out just a fit and two end plates were out of position from each other along with logos, overall not horrible but expected more from this product
